SISKIYOU COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE WEEKLY BOOKING REPORT

January 12 – January 20, 2026

The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office reported 57 bookings between Jan. 12 and Jan. 20, 2026. Notable arrests included a Weed man facing conspiracy, money laundering (18 counts), and marijuana transportation charges with a $1 million bail following a bail forfeiture; a Weed woman arrested twice in three days on charges including assault with a deadly weapon, exhibiting a firearm in the presence of a peace officer, and making criminal threats; and a Dorris man arrested on a felony charge of causing injury to an elder or dependent adult. DUI arrests remained prevalent countywide. One individual, a Montague man, set a record of sorts with 16 separate failure to appear warrants on a single booking, some dating back to 2015. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

ANDERSON, Dustin W., 37, of Montague, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Jan. 17 at 12:19 a.m. on Fairlane on a warrant. The Yreka native faces a felony bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge (PC 978.5). Bail was set at $20,000 with a court date of Jan. 20 at 3:00 p.m.
