Mt Shasta Brewing Company’s Grand Finale

The Mt Shasta Brewing Company, located in Weed, held their “community sendoff” on Saturday night, January 17th, as they will take a pause to move to a new location in Siskiyou County.

The popular pub has been under the same ownership for one and a half years, tripling their beer production since taking over from the previous business. Their specialty brews like their Jalapeño Amber, Lemurian Lager, and Hazy IPA have become very popular, including their Porter, which is known as the best on the West Coast. They are also known for their special pub food recipes like their smoked corned beef reuben and brisket brats. They take pride in supporting the local community by sourcing all their food and brewing ingredients locally.
