ARREOLA-BERBER, Jorge M. 33, of Oroville, was booked June 25 by the Sheriff’s Office after a stop on northbound I-5 at A-12. He faces misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana for sale, selling or transporting marijuana, and driving without a license. Court date August 4. Released the same day.
AVILLA, JP C. 30, of Reno, Nevada, was booked June 22 after CHP stopped him on the northbound I-5 Lake Street offramp. He faces two misdemeanor DUI counts. Court date August 18. Released the same day.
BARRY, Tyler J. 47, of Yreka, was booked June 28 by CHP on two out-of-county warrants from Glenn County — one felony, one misdemeanor — with bail set at $25,000 and $15,000 respectively. Court date July 1.
BROWN, Scott S. 42, of Yreka, was booked June 25 by Yreka Police on two misdemeanor failure-to-appear warrants out of Siskiyou Superior Court. He was arrested on Deer Run. Court date July 21. Released the same day.
