Siskiyou County Jail Bookings March 30 – April 6, 2026

Another week in Siskiyou County finds the courts still fully committed to the outstanding-warrant lifestyle, with nearly half the bookings involving people who apparently treat court dates the way most people treat dental appointments — theoretically on the calendar, persistently avoided. Roseanna A. Crosland of Yreka managed to accumulate a truly impressive eleven separate failure-to-appear counts in a single booking, suggesting she has not merely declined to appear in court but has elevated non-appearance to something approaching a discipline. The week also produced the expected seasonal yield of impaired drivers, a stalker with a restraining order, an arsonist with two counts of setting an inhabited structure on fire, and a Happy Camp man who appeared to be in the middle of a very good night before deputies arrived. Thirty-seven bookings were recorded at the Siskiyou County Jail between March 30 and April 6, 2026.
