Shasta man went home from the Weed Rest Area in the back of a CHP cruiser after allegedly brandishing a firearm and making criminal threats — a $100,000 bail suggests the court wasn’t amused. Two separate illegal firearms cases turned up an assortment of assault weapons, silencers, short-barreled rifles, and high-capacity magazines.
