As we observe National Correctional Officers and Employees Week, May 3–9, 2026, we proudly recognize the dedicated professionals who serve in our Siskiyou County Jail facility and throughout the Corrections Division.
Their work demands resilience, sound judgment, and unwavering professionalism in an environment that is often challenging, complex, and unpredictable.
Every day, these men and women carry significant responsibilities while maintaining the safety, security, and orderly operation of the facility. Their commitment to integrity, accountability, and public service plays a vital role in protecting both our institution and the community we serve.
