SISKIYOU COUNTY, Calif. — Local mine operators are appealing to the community for help after thieves stole equipment and supplies from their mining operation several days ago.
According to the owners, suspects broke into the mine and made off with a military dump truck, a Bug Tex dump trailer, and a large quantity of supplies. Law enforcement recovered the military dump truck following the arrests of individuals believed to be involved in the theft. However, the Bug Tex dump trailer and the remaining stolen supplies have not been recovered.

Authorities and the victims believe the missing trailer and supplies may be hidden near Oak Run, where at least one of the suspects resides.
One suspect, Doug Delarge, has already been released on bail. Mine owners are urging residents to remain vigilant. “If you see him around your place, just beware and know that he’s a thief,” the alert states.
A reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery of the stolen Bug Tex dump trailer and supplies. Anyone with tips is strongly encouraged to contact:
