MT. SHASTA, CA — Redwood Gallery invites the community to celebrate the opening of The Flower Show, its inaugural Community Art Exhibition, with a free public reception on Saturday, May 2, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. The exhibition will remain on view through Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the gallery located at 209 N Mt. Shasta Blvd, Mt. Shasta, CA 96067. Admission is free.
The Flower Show brings together 19 artists from across Siskiyou County in a celebration of the beauty, symbolism, and joy of flowers. The exhibition features an exceptional range of original works — from watercolors, acrylics, and oil paintings to block prints, digital artwork, photography, colored pencil, fiber art, and fiber sculpture — offering something for every art lover. The show includes works by seasoned, well-known local artists alongside pieces by first-time exhibitors, making it a true reflection of the breadth and vitality of the local creative community.
