This Week in Review
The Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office recorded 44 bookings from Dec. 1-8, 2025. Notable incidents included a Montague man arrested on multiple felony sexual assault charges with bail set at $100,000, two separate felony child endangerment arrests, and a Weed woman facing drug manufacturing and sales charges. DUI arrests remained steady with 11 individuals booked on alcohol or drug-related driving offenses. One Weed man was booked three separate times during the week on probation violations and trespassing charges.

Dustin W. Anderson, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 1 at 12:26 a.m. on southbound I-5 in Yreka on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia, manufacturing/selling a leaded cane, and possession of a narcotic controlled substance (all misdemeanors). He was booked and released the same day. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Keith W. Aubrey, 51, of Happy Camp, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 2 at 8:30 a.m. in Happy Camp on a warrant. Charges include felon in possession of a firearm (felony), manufacture/sale/possession of metal knuckles (felony), possession of fireworks without a permit, driving as an addict, possession of a narcotic controlled substance (felony), possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle (felony). Bail was set at $20,000. He was released Dec. 3. Court date: Dec. 5, 2025.
Daphney L. Bardling, 35, of Montague, was arrested by Montague Police Department on Nov. 30 at 11:21 p.m. at N C St. on a Shasta County warrant for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent (felony). She was also charged with a PRCS violation (felony). She was booked and released Dec. 1. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Aaron B. Boatright, 30, of Klamath Falls, Ore., was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 3 at 11:56 a.m. at the jail sallyport on a Siskiyou Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge. He remains in custody. Court date: Jan. 16, 2026.
Craig J. Christianson, 61, of Nokomis, Fla., was arrested by California Highway Patrol (Mt. Shasta) on Dec. 5 at 7:49 p.m. on northbound I-5 north of Lake Street on suspicion of DUI alcohol (misdemeanor). He was released Dec. 6. Court date: Feb. 3, 2026.
Louie P. Clouse, 40, of Lewiston, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 1 at 1:09 p.m. at Sleepy Hollow Dr. on suspicion of battery against a spouse/cohabitant (misdemeanor). Bail was set at $5,000. He was released Dec. 3. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Thomas Dukes, 51, of Montague, was arrested by Probation on Dec. 3 at 10:20 a.m. in Yreka on a Siskiyou Superior Court warrant. Charges include sexual penetration of a victim incapable of consent (felony), sexual penetration with force/fear (felony), oral copulation of a victim incapable of consent (felony), and oral copulation by use of force/injury (felony). Bail was set at $100,000. He remains in custody. Court date: Feb. 11, 2026.
Daniel P. Gallion, 68, of Montague, was arrested by California Highway Patrol (Mt. Shasta) on Dec. 6 at 7:23 p.m. on Ager Beswick Road on suspicion of DUI alcohol and DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher (misdemeanors). He was released Dec. 7. Court date: Feb. 10, 2026.
Kenton A. Gartrell, 34, of Wapato, Wash., was arrested Dec. 6 at 10:52 a.m. at Morgan Way on suspicion of trespassing/refusing to leave property (misdemeanor). He was booked and released the same day. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Donald Gautreaux, 68, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by California Highway Patrol (Mt. Shasta) on Dec. 6 at 8:03 p.m. on Summit Drive in Mt. Shasta on suspicion of DUI alcohol and DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher (misdemeanors). He was released Dec. 7. Court date: Feb. 10, 2026.
Gina M. Gianquento, 25, of Weed, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 4 at 6:12 p.m. at N Oregon St. Charges include DUI combined alcohol and drug, obstructing a peace officer, child endangerment (felony), and on warrants for failure to appear, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and obstructing a peace officer. Bail totaled $27,000. She was released Dec. 5. Court date: Dec. 8, 2025.
Ariel Gomez-Raymundo, 57, of Tulelake, was arrested by Tulelake Police Department on Dec. 3 at 6:00 p.m. at Rose Road/Kendra Road on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (felony, two counts). Bail was set at $20,000. He was released Dec. 4. Court date: Dec. 5, 2025.

Green, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 1 at 6:53 a.m. on Lane St. on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer, trespassing/refusing to leave property (misdemeanors), and obstructing/resisting an executive officer (felony). He was booked and released the same day. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.

Darrell W. Hall Jr., 42, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 1 at 2:46 p.m. at Siskiyou Museum on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer (misdemeanor) and on multiple warrants for bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charges and failure to appear after written promise. Bail totaled $106,000. He was released Dec. 3. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.

Hamaker, 55, of Yreka, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 2 at 4:30 p.m. at the jail sallyport on multiple warrants including bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charges (multiple counts) and failure to appear after written promise (misdemeanor). He remains in custody. Court date: Dec. 16, 2025.
Rain A. Harrison, 27, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 7 at 2:56 p.m. at FMC on suspicion of child abuse with possible great bodily injury/death (felony). Bail was set at $25,000. She was booked and released the same day. Court date: Dec. 10, 2025.
Brian M. Hennings, 45, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 1 at 9:14 p.m. on W Miner Street on an outside felony warrant from Redding Police Department. He was released Dec. 2. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Caryn C. Joaquin, 32, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 4 at 5:28 p.m. on Bruce St. on Siskiyou Superior Court warrants for bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charges (two counts) and failure to appear after written promise (misdemeanor). Bail totaled $40,000. She remains in custody. Court date: Dec. 16, 2025.
Shawny I. Kenney, 31, of Yreka, was arrested by Weed Police Department on Dec. 5 at 11:21 a.m. on E. Vista Dr. Charges include manufacturing a controlled substance (felony), possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors (felony), and possession/purchase for sale of a narcotic controlled substance (felony). Bail was set at $40,000. She remains in custody. Court date: Dec. 8, 2025.

Killion, 47, of Yreka, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 2 at 1:14 p.m. at the Day Reporting Center on a warrant for identity theft (felony) and theft of property after prior (felony), and fresh charges of failure to report for work release program (misdemeanor) and probation violation (felony). Bail was set at $80,000. Scheduled release: Jan. 2, 2026. Court date: Dec. 8, 2025.

Paulson, 44, of Gold Hills, Ore., was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 5 at 9:13 a.m. on Fort Jones Road on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer (misdemeanor) and on a Siskiyou Superior Court warrant for failure to appear after written promise. Charges include assault with a deadly weapon with possible great bodily injury (felony), obstructing/resisting an executive officer (felony), DUI alcohol, DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher, evading a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer, and failure to appear after written promise (misdemeanors). Randolph, 18, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 7 at 2:33 a.m. at Fourth St./Middle St. on suspicion of DUI alcohol, DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher, and driving under age 21 with BAC of 0.01 percent or greater (misdemeanors). Rodriguez, 29, of Montague, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 5 at 8:04 p.m. at 11th and Webb St. on Siskiyou Superior Court warrants for failure to appear after written promise (seven counts, misdemeanors).
