Louis M. Albedi, 39, of Yreka, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 24 at 4:50 p.m. on Highway 3 on suspicion of prohibited person possessing ammunition (felony), felon in possession of a firearm (felony), and driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $20,000. He was released Nov. 25. Court date: Nov. 26, 2025.
Erick O. Aleman Menjivar, 26, of San Bruno, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 27 at 12:58 p.m. at the Chevron at Copco on suspicion of DUI of drugs and driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released the same day with a promise to appear. Court date: Jan. 6, 2026.
Dustin W. Anderson, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 1 at 12:26 a.m. on southbound I-5 in Yreka on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing/selling a leaded cane, and possession of a narcotic controlled substance. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Daphney L. Bardling, 34, of Montague, was arrested by Probation and Montague Police Department on Nov. 30 at 11:21 p.m. at N. C Street on suspicion of post-release community supervision violation (felony) and on a Shasta County warrant for vehicle theft. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Kyle D. Beachy, 42, of Fresno, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 27 at 9:55 a.m. at Walmart on suspicion of disorderly conduct (alcohol), obstructing a peace officer, and vehicle theft (felony). Bail was set at $20,000. Court date: Dec. 1, 2025.
Dominick L. Brown, 49, of Seiad Valley, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 30 at 7:56 p.m. at the Chevron in central Yreka on suspicion of forging vehicle registration (felony), on a CHP warrant for failure to appear, and on an outside misdemeanor warrant. Court dates: Dec. 3, 2025, and Jan. 9, 2026.
Matthew J. Burgin, 47, of Boring, OR, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 28 at 2:43 p.m. on I-5 at Walters on suspicion of DUI of alcohol and DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher. He was released the same day. Court date: Jan. 27, 2026.
Charlie E. Casey, 34, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 27 at 5:48 p.m. at Rain Rock Casino on a Siskiyou Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge. Bail was set at $50,000. Court date: Dec. 1, 2025.
Johnny L. Clem, 59, of Hornbrook, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 26 at 10:17 p.m. in Dunsmuir on suspicion of DUI of alcohol and DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher. He was released Nov. 27. Court date: Jan. 27, 2026.
Diane Frey, 68, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 28 at 4:45 p.m. on 1400 Fairlane Road on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and mail theft. She was released Nov. 29. Court date: Jan. 6, 2026.
Troy S. Gardner, 39, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 29 at 10:24 p.m. at the North Shopping area on four outstanding warrants for failure to appear. Combined bail was $20,000. He was released Nov. 30. Court date: Jan. 6, 2026.
Casey R. Gervig, 44, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 28 at 8:50 p.m. on Audubon Road on suspicion of violating a court order for domestic violence. Bail was set at $5,000. Court date: Dec. 2, 2025.
Adrien J. Green, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Dec. 1 at 6:53 a.m. on Lane Street on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer, trespassing (refusing to leave property), and obstructing/resisting an executive officer (felony). Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Steven M. Groppi, 70, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police Department on Nov. 29 at 3:29 p.m. on S. Weed Boulevard on suspicion of drug possession with priors (felony). Bail was set at $20,000. He was released the same day. Court date: Dec. 2, 2025.
Scott A. Hayden, 56, of Yreka, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 26 at 6:09 p.m. on northbound I-5 near The Dragon on Siskiyou Superior Court warrants for driving on a DUI-suspended license and three counts of failure to appear. He was cited and released the same day. Court date: Dec. 30, 2025.
Terry R. Jackson Jr., 32, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 30 at 10:45 p.m. at Rain Rock Casino on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger (felony), trespassing to obstruct business operations, and probation violation. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Richard Jeffries, 42, of Suisun City, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 26 at 9:35 p.m. on southbound I-5 at the Agricultural Station on suspicion of DUI of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released Nov. 27. Court date: Jan. 27, 2026.
Renee R. Lopez-Rojas, 37, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 28 at 9:37 p.m. at Castle Street and Chestnut in Dunsmuir on suspicion of DUI of alcohol and DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher. She was released Nov. 29. Court date: Feb. 3, 2026.
Stacey J. Maltbie, 51, of Montague, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 26 at 6:03 p.m. on northbound I-5 near The Dragon on suspicion of driving on a suspended license and on two Siskiyou Superior Court warrants for failure to appear with bail totaling $10,000. She was released the same day. Court date: Jan. 6, 2026.
Darren J. Munson, 26, of Etna, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 27 at 7:03 p.m. in Etna on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was released the same day. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Oney Perez, 33, of Cecilville, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 29 at 4:58 p.m. on northbound I-5 on suspicion of DUI of drugs, DUI of alcohol, and giving false identification to a peace officer. She was released Nov. 30. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Oney Perez, 33, of Cecilville, was arrested again by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 30 at 10:19 p.m. at Chevron South on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was released Dec. 1. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Ryan A. Poling, 47, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police Department on Nov. 27 at 10:46 p.m. at Ray’s Food Place on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a no-bail warrant for parole violation. Court date: Dec. 2, 2025.
Nicole R. Pryor, 40, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 29 at 11:44 p.m. on W.A. Barr Road in Mt. Shasta on suspicion of assault on a peace officer/firefighter. Bail was set at $5,000. She was released Nov. 30. Court date: Jan. 13, 2026.
Harvey G. Quigley, 36, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 24 at 8:24 a.m. at Grandma’s House Restaurant on suspicion of trespassing (refusing to leave property). He was released the same day. Court date: Dec. 16, 2025.
Harvey G. Quigley, 36, of Yreka, was arrested again by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 30 at 3:48 p.m. at E. Miner Street and Main Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct (intoxication with drugs and alcohol) and a local ordinance violation. He was released the same day. Court date: Jan. 6, 2026.
Eric A. Rust, 57, of Big Springs, was arrested by Little Shasta Police Department on Nov. 30 at 1:10 p.m. on McDonald Lane on a no-bail Yreka Police Department bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Jesse T. Shirtcliff, 37, of Klamath Falls, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 25 at 11:55 a.m. at the jail sally port on multiple Siskiyou Superior Court warrants including inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant (felony), second-degree burglary (felony), vandalism (felony), mail theft, destroying/concealing evidence, and multiple failure to appear charges. Court date: Dec. 9, 2025.
Clint L. Smith, 39, of Big Springs, was arrested by Weed Police Department on Nov. 24 at 5:47 p.m. on N. Weed Boulevard on a Siskiyou Superior Court warrant for failure to appear. He was released the same day. Court date: Dec. 16, 2025.
Sally S. Sprague, 66, of Yreka, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 28 at 1:41 a.m. in Yreka on suspicion of DUI of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released the same day. Court date: Feb. 3, 2026.
Lee Thao, 57, of Fresno, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 30 at 7:50 p.m. on A-12 at Mayten on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more priors (felony) and possession of a narcotic controlled substance. Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Jered D. Thompson, 23, of Tenmile, OR, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on Nov. 30 at 3:15 p.m. on northbound I-5 north of Yreka on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (felony), vehicle theft (felony), prohibited person possessing ammunition (felony), and probation violation (felony). Court date: Dec. 3, 2025.
Phillip A. Titus, 36, of Yreka, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 24 at 3:17 p.m. at a location near the casino on suspicion of felon in possession of a firearm (felony), prohibited person possessing ammunition (felony), carrying a loaded firearm in public (felony), and possessing a firearm without a serial number. Bail was set at $20,000. He was released on bail Nov. 26. Court date: Nov. 26, 2025.
Robin R. Turner, 61, of Montague, was booked on Nov. 26 on suspicion of murder (felony) following an arrest at 5938 Jade Avenue. She is being held without bail. Court date: Nov. 28, 2025.
Reymundo T. Velasques Lopez, 25, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 27 at 6:48 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Oberlin Road on suspicion of driving on a DUI-suspended license, DUI of alcohol, DUI with blood alcohol of 0.08 percent or higher, and driving with a blood alcohol of 0.01 percent or more while on probation. He was released Nov. 28. Court date: Jan. 27, 2026.
Steven J. Wilson, 57, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police Department on Nov. 30 at 5:58 p.m. on Deer Creek Way on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was released Dec. 1. Court date: Jan. 6, 2026.
Douglas B. Winters, 67, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 26 at 10:17 p.m. in Dunsmuir on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and disorderly conduct (alcohol). He was released Nov. 27. Court date: Jan. 6, 2026.
