JUDITH L. AKIN, 48, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on November 3 at 1:27 a.m. on North Main Street on charges of riding a bicycle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. She was also booked on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant from San Bernardino with $10,000 bail. Her court date is scheduled for January 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., with an additional court appearance December 18, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. She was released the same day.
DEWITT ASBRIDGE, 32, of San Francisco, was arrested twice during the reporting period. On November 5 at 2:00 a.m., California Highway Patrol arrested him at Main and Turre streets on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. He was also arrested on two outstanding San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department warrants totaling $30,000 bail for petty theft charges including pocket-picking and retail merchandise theft. Asbridge was released the same day. On November 6 at 8:52 a.m., Yreka Police arrested him again in the 1300 block of South Main Street on fresh charges of trespassing to occupy property without consent and disorderly conduct related to alcohol, with combined bail set at $5,500. He was again released the same day.
JOHN P. BELL JR., 28, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police on November 7 at 6:06 p.m. on Main Street on three outstanding warrants. The warrants included failure to appear on a written promise with $5,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior Court, a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge with $20,000 bail from the Siskiyou Sheriff’s Office, and failure to appear after a written promise with $5,000 bail from Weed Police Department. All court appearances are scheduled for December 17, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. He was released the same day.
HEATHER L. BROWN-ERICKSON, 50, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police on November 8 at 10:47 p.m. on Chestnut Street on suspicion of violating a court order for domestic violence. Bail was set at $5,000, with a court date of December 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. She was released the following day.
DANIEL M. CASORLA, 35, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on November 3 at 3:43 a.m. on Burgess Street on multiple charges including obstructing a peace officer and five separate failure to appear warrants, plus one bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge, all issued by Yreka Police Department. He was scheduled to appear in court on November 5, 2025, at 3:43 a.m. and was released the same day as his arrest.
ROSEANNA ANGELICA-KAY CROSLAND, 27, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on November 9 at 3:22 p.m. at Main Street and Payn Lane on nine outstanding warrants, all for failure to appear after written promise. The warrants, totaling $9,000 in bail, dated from 2022 through 2025 and were issued by Siskiyou Superior Court. All court dates are scheduled for December 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. She was released the same day.
TRISTA L. DUQUE, 41, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on November 6 at 12:53 p.m. on Knapp Street on two warrants: failure to appear on a written promise and a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge. Both warrants were issued by Siskiyou Superior Court, with a court appearance scheduled for November 26, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. She was released the same day.
RYAN B. EDENS, 28, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on November 6 at 2:06 a.m. on Vista on four outstanding warrants. The warrants included a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge with $25,000 bail from the Sheriff’s Office, and three failure to appear warrants: two from Weed Police Department with $5,000 bail each, and one from CHP with $5,000 bail. His court date is November 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. He was released the same day.
TAHA ELADEL, 35, of Weed, was arrested by the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on November 9 at 1:46 p.m. in Mt. Shasta on suspicion of violating a court order for domestic violence. Bail was set at $5,000, with a court appearance scheduled for January 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. He was released the same day.
GERARDO GONZALEZ, 33, of Fort Jones, was arrested by Yreka Police on November 5 at 9:54 p.m. at the Chevron South station on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher, along with obstructing a peace officer. His court date is scheduled for December 23, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. He was released the following day.
GERALD A. GREGORY, 46, of Yreka, was arrested by the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on November 6 at 11:10 a.m. in the jail lobby on two failure to appear warrants from Siskiyou County Superior Court, totaling $6,000 in bail. His court date was scheduled for November 6, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. He was released the following day.

JOHNSON, 69, of Hornbrook, was arrested by the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on November 5 at 12:56 p.m. on Fir Street on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear after written promise with $5,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior Court. His court date is December 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. He was released the same day.
KYLE D. KING, 50, of Hornbrook, was arrested by Yreka Police on November 8 at 6:28 p.m. at South Main and Turre streets on two failure to appear warrants from Siskiyou Superior Court and an outstanding felony warrant from Dade County, Georgia.
