Donald N. Anderson, 51, of Yreka (Mt. Shasta birthplace), was booked on September 23rd on charges including failure to register as required upon gaining or leaving residence, violation of felony parole, and three counts of bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charges. Bail was set at $20,000 per charge. He remains in custody.
Iiecha D. Borg, 48, of Yreka, was arrested by California Highway Patrol on September 27th on warrants for stalking and vandalism with defacement of property. Bail set at $20,000. She was released the same day with a court appearance scheduled for September 30th.
Remington C. Borracroft, 33, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by CHP on September 25th for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. He was released September 26th with a court date in November.
Aaron M. Comer, 45, of Dunsmuir, was arrested on September 25th on six counts of failure to appear after written promise on various misdemeanor charges dating from 2019 to 2024. He was released the same day with a court date in October.
Sean V. Croft Sr., 56, of Yreka, was arrested by parole officers on September 24th for removing or disabling a GPS monitor as a registered sex offender and violation of felony parole. He was released the same day with a court date in November.
Pihneftuuf M. Elston, 33, of Happy Camp, was arrested September 27th on multiple charges including exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats with intent to terrorize, child endangerment, probation violation, and failure to appear on a written promise. He remains in custody with an October 1st court date.
William C. Fuentes, 58, of Klamath River, was arrested September 23rd for driving while addicted and possessing unlawful paraphernalia. He was released the same day.
William T. Garner, 65, of Dunsmuir, was arrested September 23rd on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge and failure to appear after written promise. Bail totaled $30,000. He was released September 24th.
Matthew I. Gascoigne Sr., 47, of Fort Jones, was arrested September 25th on two warrants each charging lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years and sexual penetration with force or fear. He remains in custody with a September 29th court appearance.
Justin N. Gessel, 43, of Seiad Valley, was arrested by CHP on September 24th for driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs. He was released September 25th with a November court date.
Shelby N. Glanders, 34, of Weed, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on September 27th for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher. Bail set at $5,000. She was released September 28th with a November court date.
Kevin H. Harrison, 32, of Happy Camp, was arrested September 23rd on warrants for failure to appear after written promise and bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge. Total bail was $55,000. He was released September 24th.
Timothy S. Hendricks, 33, of Etna, was arrested September 25th for possessing unlawful paraphernalia and failure to appear after written promise with bail set at $100,000 on an El Dorado County warrant. He was released the same day.
Dongyi Huang, 45, of Montague, was arrested September 25th for conspiracy to commit a crime with bail set at $20,000. He was released September 26th with a September 29th court date.
Arrianna N. Jackson, 27, of Fort Jones, was arrested September 25th on four warrants for failure to appear on written promises issued by various agencies. She was released the same day.
Leo J. LaFollette, 47, of Fort Jones, was arrested September 22nd on warrants charging assault with a deadly weapon and battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, or dating partner. Bail was set at $25,000 per charge. He was released September 22nd.
Jason W. Lofton, 40, of Montague, was arrested September 23rd for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and kidnapping at the Pizza Factory. Bail set at $50,000 on the kidnapping charge. He was released September 26th.
Amanda L. Mainord, 39, of Yreka, was arrested September 27th for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher. She was released the same day with a December court date.
Jeremiah J. Mallory, 52, of Weed, turned himself in at the jail lobby September 23rd on a 2024 DUI charge. He was released the same day.
Majestic Manuel-Boyles, 22, of Montague, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 27th for disorderly conduct related to alcohol and possessing unlawful paraphernalia. She was released the same day with a November court date.
Adam M. Marasco, 39, of Weed, was arrested September 23rd for probation violation upon rearrest, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, and failure to report for a work release program. He remains in custody with an October court date.
Brian L. Marsh, 29, of San Jose, was arrested September 22nd for driving when privileges were suspended or revoked due to DUI. He was released the same day.
Kelly E. McEvoy, 48, of Weed, was arrested September 24th on an outside felony warrant from Shasta County with bail set at $50,000. She remains in custody.
Brian M. Meenk, 58, of Dunsmuir, was arrested September 24th at the Superior Court for possessing a controlled substance as both a felony and misdemeanor charge. He was released the same day with a November court date.
Waylon P. Niewinski, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 27th on multiple charges including receiving known stolen property, prohibited person possessing ammunition, petty theft with two or more priors, possessing burglary tools, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, and probation violation. He remains in custody with an October 1st court date.
Daryl C. O’Connor, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 25th for battery on a spouse, ex-spouse, or dating partner. Bail set at $5,000. He remains in custody with a November court date.
Stacy C. Pavao, 54, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 22nd for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher, and driving with a BAC of 0.01 percent or higher while on probation. She was released the same day with a November court date.
Nicholas S. Pomatto, 39, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police on September 22nd on a warrant for stalking with bail set at $20,000. He was released on bail the same day.
Amber J. Roberts, 51, of Yreka, was arrested September 26th on three warrants for failure to appear after written promise. Total bail was $10,000. She was released September 26th with an October court date.
John F. Ross, 43, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 27th for obstructing or resisting an executive officer, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, and battery on a peace officer or emergency personnel. Bail set at $20,000. He remains in custody with a September 30th court date.
Dawn R. Sargent, 57, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 23rd on four charges of probation violation upon rearrest and possessing a controlled substance. Total bail was $85,000. She was released September 24th.
Steven D. Sparks, 50, of Fort Jones, was arrested September 24th at Superior Court on multiple charges including assault with a deadly weapon, battery with serious bodily injury, two counts of criminal threats with intent to terrorize, and vandalism causing damage to property. Bail set at $40,000. He remains in custody with an October 7th court date.
Scott C. Sutton, 36, of Yreka, was arrested by probation officers on September 25th for probation violation upon rearrest and possessing a controlled substance. He remains in custody with a September 29th court date.
Douglas G. Tedford, 60, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 23rd for trespassing to obstruct business operations and disorderly conduct related to alcohol. He was released the same day with a November court date.
Chiki Thao, 33, of Montague, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on September 24th for cultivating six or more marijuana plants and possessing marijuana for sale. He was released the same day with a November court date.
Wa J. Thao (also known as Jack Smith), 70, of Montague, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on September 24th for cultivating six or more marijuana plants and possessing marijuana for sale. He was released the same day with a November court date.
Xia M. Thao, 69, of Montague, was arrested September 24th for possessing marijuana for sale and cultivating six or more marijuana plants. Bail set at $5,000 per charge. She was released the same day with a November court date.
Jason E. Thomas, 48, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police on September 25th for obstructing or resisting a public or peace officer and failure to appear after written promise. He was released September 26th with a November court date.
Travis J. Traynor, 36, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 25th on multiple charges including possessing a controlled substance, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, possessing personal identifying information with intent to defraud, and multiple warrants for failure to appear. He was released the same day with a November court date.
Yu P. Zhao, 53, of Sacramento, was arrested September 25th for cultivating six or more marijuana plants. Bail set at $5,000. She was released the same day with a November court date.
