Ryan H. Bickley, 35, of Mt. Shasta, was picked up by Mt. Shasta Police at Maple Street on July 5th for disorderly conduct involving alcohol. Ryan managed to sober up quickly, as he was released the same day with no bail required – apparently his only punishment was the hangover.

Culbertson, 29, of Weed, was arrested by Yreka Police at Goodwill on July 3rd – apparently her shopping trip included shoplifting ($5,000 bail), possessing drug paraphernalia, AND possessing controlled substances. • The Jan at the end of the comment about Derek Fabbro was unnecessary and not true. He was falsely arrested and did NOT violate any order. He was NOT restrained from the residence nor was he within 100 yards. Whitchurch is a lying corrupt cop who was sleeping with his wife and has a vendetta against Derek.
