Jose A. Andalon, 30, of McMinnville, OR, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) on May 8, 2025, at the Jail Sallyport. Andalon faces multiple charges including transporting/selling narcotics (11352(A) HS), possessing narcotics for sale (11351 HS), and a felon possessing a firearm (29800(A)(1) PC). He was held on $25,000 bail and scheduled for court on May 12, 2025.
Clinton R. Bell, 49, of Beaver, CA, was arrested by Mount Shasta Police Department (MSPD) on May 6, 2025, at Morgan Way. Bell was charged with failure to appear on a written promise (40508(A) VC) and bench warrants from multiple counties, including Modoc and Lassen County. He was released the same day.
Curtis C. Belyeu, 28, of Yreka, CA, was arrested by Yreka Police Department (YPD) on May 9, 2025, at Autozone. Belyeu was charged with failure to appear after a written promise (853.7 PC), with bail set at $1,000 and a court date of June 10, 2025.
Rhonda L. Bergemann, 56, of Camas, WA, was arrested by California Highway Patrol (CHPMS) on May 8, 2025, on SB 1-5 at DGIF. Bergemann was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol (23152(A) VC and 23152(B) VC), with a court date of July 8, 2025.
Ryan C. Collins, 45, of Yreka, CA, was arrested by Yreka Police Department (YPD) on May 5, 2025, on Turre Street. Collins was charged with disorderly conduct involving intoxication and drugs (647(F) PC).
Patricia L. Conner, 64, of Yreka, CA, was arrested by Yreka Police Department (YPD) on May 10, 2025, at N. Foothill. Conner was charged with probation violation (1203.2(A) PC) and causing a fire with great bodily injury (452(A) PC). She was released on May 11, 2025, with a court date of May 28, 2025.
Michael A. Crist, 53, of Edgewood, CA, was arrested by Weed Police Department (WPD) on May 9, 2025, at S. Weed Blvd. Crist was charged with failure to appear after a written promise (853.7 PC and 40508(A) VC), with bail set at $1,000 and a court date of June 10, 2025.
Cassandra J. Dailey, 45, of Fort Jones, CA, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) on May 11, 2025, at COD Dr. Dailey was charged with inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant (273.5(A) PC), with bail set at $50,000 and a court date of May 14, 2025.
John I. Donahue, 43, of Klamath, CA, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) on May 7, 2025, at the Jail Lobby. Leharra L. Fortune, 58, of Mt. Shasta, CA, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) on May 8, 2025, at the Jail Sally Port. Camilo A. Guardadosalazar, 41, of Mt. Shasta, CA, was arrested by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) on May 6, 2025, at Castle Ave. Guardadosalazar was charged with possession of a controlled substance (11377(A) HS), possession of unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), and driving while addict (23152(C) VC), with a court date of June 24, 2025.
Gina V. Harrell, 49, of Yreka, CA, was arrested by Yreka Police Department (YPD) on May 9, 2025, at “Not Casino”. Harrell was charged with indecent exposure (314(1) PC) and multiple failures to appear after written promise (853.7 PC), with bail set at $1,000 and a court date of June 24, 2025.
