March 8, 1962 – March 12, 2025
Cynthia Sue Wagner was called home to rest on March 12th 2025 in Fort Jones, CA after 6 years of battling bone cancer. She was 63 years old.
Cindy was born on March 8th 1962 in Oceanside, CA, at Camp Pendleton to Ronald and Linnie Wright. She grew up in Wasco, CA where she graduated from Wasco High School in 1980. She was the president of her FFA Chapter and earned her National FFA degree and met her high school sweetheart Rocky Wagner, whom she later married on April 24th 1993 in Orland CA. As she resided in Orland she was able to enjoy the ranching lifestyle she always wanted and was able to raise her family there. The RockinCW Ranch was her legacy. Cynthia was known as Mama Cindy to many people. She had a love for horseback riding, ranching, fishing, hunting, racing cars and gardening. She loved her family and many friends dearly. Cindy had a smile and laughter that could brighten any room and made an impact on anyone she met.
Cindy is survived by her husband Rocky Wagner, her daughter Brandis Wilson and son in-law Nevada Wilson, her daughter Rockelle Gonzales, son in-law Daniel Gonzales and grand daughter Aubrey Gonzales, her son Zachariah Wagner and granddaughter Summer Wagner and her sister Rhonda Halvorson and brother in-law Rob Halvorson. Cindy will be greatly missed by many. May you fly high mama on that mount top in sky and rest. We love you more than anything, until we see you again rest easily!
