Adding to the chaos, just blocks away at McDonald’s, Roseanna Angelica-Kay Crosland was charged with trespassing and shoplifting.
The night reached its peak when Michael Rhyne, just 18 years old, led CHP on a high-speed chase. Officers finally caught up with him at 1115 Yama Street around 21:45, charging him with evading police “with wanton disregard for safety.” To make matters worse, he was driving on a suspended license from a previous DUI.
By dawn, four separate agencies (YPD, MSPD, SCSO, and CHP) had processed multiple arrests across the county, from Mt. Shasta to Yreka, reflecting just one of those nights.
