Attention Siskiyou County Residents: Cyclists Coming to Our Roads

From June 22-29, 2024, Siskiyou County will host the “Spirit of Shasta” cycling event. Hundreds of cyclists will be exploring our beautiful region, from the Klamath River to Mount Shasta.

We urge all drivers to be extra vigilant during this week:

1. Watch for cyclists, especially on rural roads
2. Give cyclists at least 3 feet of space when passing
