Yreka, CA – A Siskiyou County jury has found Timothy Chase McDonald, 26, guilty of first-degree murder for the shooting death of Spencer Hodgson, 31, in a case that dates back to April 2019.
On April 8th, 2019, the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible dead body near Yreka Walker Road in the Klamath River area. The victim was identified as Spencer Hodgson, and the Sheriff’s Forensic Pathology team determined that Hodgson had died from multiple gunshot wounds in a homicide.

The main detectives on the case were horrible. They did a horrible job. If it wasnt for the person coming forward when they did with information that led to the arrest of Timothy they probably would have arrested an innocent person. They only had their eyes on one person and werent looking for anyone else. Thats a fact.
