Siskiyou home care workers demand accountability from Board of Supervisors as long-term care crisis worsens for rural Californians

  • I’m a retired RN in this County. I have worked in Siskiyou County for my entire career and had the great pleasure to rely on these caregivers for my patients. This is such a precious opportunity for out community to support these caregivers for the essential services they provide. Our people need care here. To stay in their homes, our elders and infirm are precious and need in home support services. Respect our elders and pay them a better wage! At least comparable to other similar communities.
