Longtime Siskiyou County resident, Lue Ann Baucom Franklin, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025. She was 71 years old.
Lue Ann was born on August 10, 1954 to Jack and Lieuween (Sunderland) Baucom in Kansas. She worked for, and retired from, Siskiyou County Health and Human Services.
Lue Ann was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Russell Franklin; her son Jason Baucom; grandchildren, Treyvon, Kailee, and Jazmine Baucom; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Ayana, and Saylah; her sisters, Karen Tupper, Beverly Wiles, Jackie (Paul) Harris, and Merrilee (Gary) Edwards; and by 23 nieces and nephews.
At this time, no services are planned for Lue Ann.
