JASON J. BECKER, 51, Castella was booked Sept. 7 and released Sept. 8 in Dunsmuir on bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charges (2 counts). Time in custody: 1 day.

JOHN M. BEISNER, 49, Yreka was booked and released Sept. 4 by California Highway Patrol at Walker Road on charges of possession of controlled substance while armed with loaded firearm (felony), carrying concealed weapon in vehicle, and possession of controlled substance. Released same day.

RAYMOND BLY, 51, Nederland, CO was booked and released Sept. 7 by California Highway Patrol at SR-3 at Wicklow Woods on DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent charges. Released same day.

Second booking Sept. 6 on charges of inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant (felony), battery with serious bodily injury (felony), and assault with deadly weapon. Bail: $50,000.

BRITTANY M. FAZIO, 26, Sacramento was booked and released Sept. 1 by California Highway Patrol at SR-3, SOF McAdams CR Road on disorderly conduct: alcohol charge. Released same day.
