This compilation is based on publicly available booking records from the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office for the period of August 8th – August 25th, 2025. All individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges mentioned are allegations only and do not constitute proof of guilt or criminal conviction.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 18

Jake A. Carroll, 29, of Fort Jones, was arrested on warrant charges at the jail lobby including assault with a deadly weapon, vandalism, domestic battery, and DUI-related offenses. Bail set at $25,000. Released same day.

Theodore A. Flud, 35, of Yreka, was arrested by parole officers at Pizza Factory in Weed for parole violation. Released same day.

Steven R. Coultas, 48, of Weed, was arrested on warrant at Jackson Ranch for obstruct/resist executive officer, vehicle theft, receiving stolen property, and petty theft. Bail set at $20,000. Released same day.

Jamey L. Gregoire, 37, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested on warrant at the jail lobby for failure to appear. Bail set at $5,000. Released same day.

Michael S. Hoyt, 43, of Montague, was arrested at Wendy’s for trespassing. Released same day.

Lao Her, 55, of Sacramento, was arrested by SCSO for cultivating marijuana and possession for sale at APN:100-516-010. Released same day.

Sengui Lin, 40, of Sacramento, was arrested by SCSO for marijuana cultivation and sales charges at Vistas. Released same day.

Shaofang Liang, 52, of Montague, was arrested by SCSO for synthetic cannabinoid possession and marijuana possession for sale at Vistas. Released same day.

Liu Fang Ling, 54, of Montague, was arrested by SCSO for marijuana cultivation and possession for sale at Vistas. Released same day.

Wu Zhi Quan, 52, of San Francisco, was arrested by SCSO for marijuana cultivation and possession for sale at Vistas. Released same day.

Dalian Xuan, 46, of San Gabriel, was arrested by SCSO for marijuana cultivation and possession for sale at Vistas. Released same day.

Xai Xiong, 70, of Elk Grove, was arrested by SCSO for marijuana cultivation and possession for sale at APN:100-561-0101. Released same day.

Jerald B. Nichols, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for probation violation and public intoxication at Montague Road and I-5. Released same day.

Lanzer L. Trice, 43, of Yreka, was arrested at Motel 6 on multiple warrant charges including bench warrant for felony failure to appear with bail set at $20,000, and numerous failure to appear charges with bail amounts totaling $35,000. Still in custody.

MONDAY, AUGUST 19

Jessica A. Adams, 71, of Weed, was arrested by CHP for DUI in Sheldon. Released August 20.

Byron F. Burgos, 64, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for trespassing at 1900 B Fort Jones Road. Released August 20.

Kory Little Feather Canham, 23, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, was arrested by Yreka PD for drug paraphernalia, controlled substance possession, loitering, and failure to appear on warrant with $5,000 bail. Released same day.

Nicole M. Carrera, 35, of Weed, was arrested by SCSO for narcotic possession and multiple failure to appear warrants including bench warrant for felony with bail totaling $40,000. Still in custody.

Ronald J. Frate, 59, was arrested by SCSO for public intoxication at Webb Street. Released same day.

Austin E. Hampton, 28, of Troutdale, Oregon, was booked as an enroute prisoner to CDCR. Released August 25.

Roger Marschner, 65, of Weed, appeared at jail lobby for DUI alcohol charges. Released same day.

Caryn C. Joaquin, 31, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for evidence tampering, evading police with wanton disregard, DUI, driving on suspended license, drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and giving false information to police. Released same day.

Joseph F. Leary, 46, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, was arrested by Yreka PD for prohibited person possessing ammunition, probation violations, and controlled substance possession with bail set at $50,000. Still in custody.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 20

Monty L. Coult Jr., 32, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD on warrant for failure to appear with $5,000 bail at Greenhorn Road. Released same day.

Darrell W. Hall Jr., 41, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for trespassing and probation violation at Yreka Greenway. Released same day with judicial order to appear.

Heather M. Fyler, 38, of Grenada, was arrested by Weed PD on multiple failure to appear warrants with bail totaling $3,000 at E Vista. Released same day.

Jordan C. Harris, 42, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for drug paraphernalia and bench warrant for felony failure to appear with $50,000 bail at N Foothill. Released August 22.

Kyle P. Hutchinson, 29, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by Weed PD for shoplifting at E Vista Drive. Released August 20.

Ruby N. Herrera, 40, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD on warrant for grand theft with $25,000 bail at Greenhorn Road. Released same day.

Patsy Jo Hook, 48, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for trespassing at truck stop. Released same day.

Vue Moua, 48, of Montague, was arrested by CHP on warrant for domestic violence with $25,000 bail at A-12 & Juniper Lane. Released same day.

Douglas G. Tedford, 59, of Yreka, was arrested by District Attorney investigators on multiple failure to appear warrants and bench warrant for felony with bail totaling $40,000 at “Yreka Not Casino.” Released same day.

Kenya Ann Thomas, 35, of Yreka, was arrested by SCSO for public intoxication in Yreka. Released same day.

Alyse L. Whiting, 30, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for drug paraphernalia, controlled substance possession, and multiple failure to appear warrants with bail totaling $20,000 at Yreka Junction. Released same day.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21

Patsy Jo Hook, 48, of Yreka, was again arrested by Yreka PD for trespassing at truck stop. Released same day.

Heidi A. Furgason, 43, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by SCSO on warrant for failure to appear at jail lobby with note of release on own recognizance. Released same day.

Edward P. Lotze II, 37, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by Yreka PD for trespassing at Greenway and multiple failure to appear and bench warrants with bail totaling $50,000. Released August 22.

Shilo H. Hutson, 28, of Hornbrook, was arrested by SCSO on Oregon parole warrant at Cottonwood Creek. Still in custody.

Carrie A. Olson, 50, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by SCSO on bench warrant for felony failure to appear at jail lobby. Released same day.

Ismael Rubio-Martinez, 36, of Corning, was arrested by CHP for selling/transporting marijuana with $25,000 bail on US-97. Released same day.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 22

Stephanie L. Barnes, 40, of Seaside, was arrested by CHP for controlled substance possession for sale, transporting controlled substances between counties, and multiple outside warrants from Santa Cruz, Salinas, and Monterey counties at NB I-5, Louie Road. Still in custody.

Pablo V. Duran, 51, of Yreka, was arrested by SCSO for assault with firearm, domestic violence, terrorist threats, and false imprisonment at 13000 block Highway 3. Bail set at $100,000. Still in custody.

Jeffrey D. Fetters, 62, of Yreka, was arrested by CHP for DUI at Mt. Shasta. Released same day.

Breanna D. Culbertson, 29, of Weed, was arrested by Yreka PD for drug paraphernalia, narcotic possession, controlled substance possession, and failure to appear warrant at S. Main Ranch, Yreka. Released same day.

Andre La Roux, 34, of Fort Jones, was arrested by Yreka PD for DUI at casino parking lot with note of release on own recognizance. Released August 23.

Arsel Hasan, 33, of Sacramento, was arrested by CHP for DUI at Mt. Shasta. Released August 23.

Mathew P. Martin, 45, of Weed, was arrested by CHP for DUI in Weed. Released same day.

Eutimio J. Lopez, 42, of Klamath Falls, was arrested by CHP for DUI at Hill Road Tule Lake with note of release on own recognizance. Released August 23.

Thiess P. McIntyre, 35, of Weed, was arrested by CHP for DUI at N. Mt. Shasta Blvd/E. Alma Street. Released same day.

Devin L. Wilson, 30, of Hornbrook, was arrested by CHP for DUI in Hornbrook. Released same day.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 23

James R. Franklin, 55, of Fresno, was arrested by Yreka PD for taking a marked cart from retail establishment at Valero Fort Jones. Released same day.

Launi D. Hubbard, 39, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by SCSO for DUI, DUI with prior convictions, and resisting arrest at Angler Lodge. Released same day.

Steven M. Jaramillo, 49, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by SCSO for public intoxication and resisting arrest at Lodge Dunsmuir. Released same day.

Ryan S. Stewart, 28, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by CHP for DUI and driving when privileges suspended on NB I-5 south of North Yreka. Released same day.

Donald L. Pence II, 38, of Hornbrook, was arrested by Yreka PD for public intoxication on Howard Street. Released August 24.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 24

Kamron Baxter, 25, of Medford, Oregon, was arrested by SCSO for disorderly conduct at Diggle Field. Released same day.

Anthony Quinn, 20, of McKinleyville, was arrested by Yreka PD for receiving stolen property on Fourth Street with $5,000 bail. Released same day.

Teague S. Mayville, 22, of Canterbury, New Hampshire, was arrested by SCSO for resisting executive officer at Tauhinduuli River Park. Still in custody.

Michael S. Hoyt, 43, of Montague, was again arrested by Yreka PD for trespassing at Super 8. Released same day.

Joseph K. Westergaard, 61, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka PD for DUI and driving when privileges suspended at Foothill/Juniper Lane. Released same day.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 25

Dion R. Stafford Jr., 23, of Monterey Park, was arrested by CHP for violating court order regarding domestic violence at I-5 north of Abrams Lake with $5,000 bail. Still in custody.
