Daniel A. Arteche, age 42 from Chico, CA, was arrested by SCSO on a warrant at the jail sallyport for bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge.

Dillion S. Balabas, age 28 from Montague, CA, was arrested by SCSO as a fresh arrest at the jail lobby for DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol/0.08 percent, driving when privileges suspended/revoked DUI, restricted driver operate vehicle without interlock device, and reckless driving with injury.

David D. Barron, age 41 from Redding, CA, was arrested by YPD at the jail lobby for exhibiting a deadly weapon other than firearm.

Patricia B. Rice, age 73 from Yreka, CA, was arrested by CHPMS as a fresh arrest at Collier R/A for battery on person, begging/soliciting alms, and trespassing to destroy standing timber.
