There are so many resources offered in Siskiyou County. The Family & Community Resource Center of Weed has collaborated with Siskiyou Community Resources Collaborative, and all the other organizations to familiarize people in Siskiyou County with all the supportive programs that are offered at Kids Day Festival 2025.

Base Camp Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Mt. Shasta demonstrates at the Festival, the art that helps build confidence along with balance and skill.

Each of the different organizations had booths with activities for all ages like games to play, crafts to do, obstacle courses to run, raffles and trinkets to give away. All of the booths provided pamphlets for parents to know what services and organizations Siskiyou County has to offer. There was free food which included pancakes and sausage, hotdogs, tacos, and fresh snacks to eat. Pacific Power sponsored Great Northern Services to hand out healthy snacks like tangerines and carrots throughout the event. Many of these service organizations are funded through grants and also through the State of California General Funds.

Weed Police Department featured their drug sniffing dog Drax with handler Officer Tim Green and Ryan Coates.

The City of Weed Police had their famous drug sniffing dog, Drax, who just three days prior to this festival sniffed out 170 lbs. of cocaine in a car in the City of Weed.

The Weed Fire Department gave children tours of one of their fire engines and let the little ones sit in the cab. The local humane society and animal rescue groups brought dogs for kids to play with. Stable Hands and Majors Place-Equine Therapy and Learning was introducing people to their variety of horse therapy programs to help youth and others in a variety of ways.

Siskiyou Public Health gave out recipe books, and the Fire Safe Council of Siskiyou County had a bouncy house and a blowup slide to play on, while WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) had little ceramics figures for kids to paint. Alpaca on the Rocks had a couple alpacas there for children to visit up close and to pet them. There were face painting booths, lots of different kinds of bubble blowing activities for children, along with the different crafts that were offered, like painting and jewelry making. There was even a swimming pool filled with bird seed that children (and a few adults) played in, along with ring toss, corn hole, an obstacle course, a magic show, a photo booth with a variety of fun masks to use, balloon tying by The Magic Delbert Lee, and Earth Circle Drum Group that entertained the audience between talks.
