Join diverse voices from across our region for three transformative days of dialogue, learning, and action at the Scott Watershed Informational Forum (SWIF). This annual gathering brings together tribal knowledge keepers, agricultural producers, environmental scientists, and community members to shape the future of the Scott River watershed and broader Klamath Basin.

USFS Fuels Tour 2024
Through interactive sessions, field demonstrations, and collaborative workshops, participants will explore critical topics including:
- Scott Valley Biomass and Compost Facility
- French Creek Restoration Tour
- Sugar Creek Ranch and Refugia Tour
- Scott Valley Irrigation District (SVID) Groundwater Recharge
- Scott River Recovery Action Plan (SRRAPP)
Throughout the forum, participants will engage in meaningful discussions about sustainable water management practices, ecosystem restoration initiatives, and innovative solutions to balance diverse community needs. Expert presentations will highlight recent research findings, while structured dialogue sessions will foster understanding across different perspectives.

Special features this year include hands-on restoration technique demonstrations, guided field visits to key watershed sites, and dedicated time for relationship-building across stakeholder groups. Whether you’re a long-time watershed resident or newly interested in water resource management, SWIF 2025 offers valuable opportunities to learn, contribute, and connect.
