Nancy Mathews Dodson, 79, of Sacramento, CA, passed away on October 17th 2024 after a lengthy battle with dementia.
Nancy was born on November 12th 1944 to William and Florence Mathews in Yreka, CA. After Nancy graduated from Etna Union High School in 1962, she went on to study nursing at Kaiser Nursing school in Oakland, CA.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Your mom was an amazing woman with a great sense of humor. She loved the both of you like a Mama-Bear should: Unconditionally and with a vengeance!
I remember her fierce dedication to her nursing career and patients.
