Siskiyou County, CA, – Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) is hosting a Homebuyer Workshop for the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. The program offers up to $350,000 in support to individuals affected by 2020 wildfires in Siskiyou County.

The program provides financial assistance up to $350,000 per household to help qualifying individuals and families purchase homes outside of High or Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones in California.

The ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program is provided by the California Department of Housing and Community Development, funded by a HUD Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery grant and managed by GSFA.
