YREKA – The Siskiyou Golden Fair is disappointed to announce that the 2024 Wonderland Distributing Redneck Roundup presented by Banner Bank is cancelled for 2024. CEO, Cliff Munson, exhausted all angles looking for ways to find a company that would offer insurance but there is simply no carrier that would underwrite the event. The California Fair Service Authority, a JPA that assists California Fairs in an insurance pool for non-hazard events stated that “Unfortunately with nuclear verdicts, social inflation, issues with rate increases and the like, the market has gotten extremely cautious.”
