Lois Gwen Stevens Obituary

Lois Gwen Stevens, beloved Mother, Grandma, and friend to many met her Savior face-to-face on April 24, 2024.

Lois was born April 19, 1932 in Belpre, Kansas to Lester and Lois Breitenbach and moved to Southern California when she was 9 years old.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Frank T Stevens, a son Thomas Stevens, a grandson Joshua Stevens, a granddaughter Jennifer Bridwell, and great-granddaughter Della Lipke.

She is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Dale) Kuck; grandchildren, Julie (Darrel) Lemos, Kimberly (Quinten) Schneider, Corey Stevens; great-grandchildren Danielle (Chris) Hall, Conner Bridwell, Keith (Emily) Lipke, Kara Lipke, Jake Peterson, Jacquelyn Bridwell, Ava Bridwell, Isabella Bridwell, Molly Bridwell, Derek Lemos and Peyton Lemos; great-great-grandchildren & numerous nieces and nephews!

Lois made a home in Sacramento for her family & church family for 57 years until moving closer to her daughter & family in Yreka. They were founding members of Hillsdale Blvd Baptist Church.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on June 12, 2024 at the Yreka United Methodist Church, 502 N. Fairchild St in Yreka.

Interment services will be held at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California at a later date.
