Patricia Gayle Elliott

December 6, 1942  –  November 9, 2023

Patricia Gayle Elliott was born on December 6, 1942, and passed away on November 9, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Harry Eldon Elliott of 49 years who proceeded her in death. They married on September 22, 1960, in Sunnyside, Washington where they met.

Patricia was a loving and devoted friend, wife and mother to Jeffery Elliott (Lea) of Mt. Shasta, CA; Lori Aaron (Ron) of Haines City, FL; Sheri Elliott of Lincoln, NE and Patrick Elliott (Lori) of Redding, CA. She was the beloved grandmother of Justin Aaron (Allie), Ryan Elliott, Stephanie Elliott, Steven Elliott, Caitlyn Elliott and Mark Elliott. She had 6 great-grand-children.

Patricia was born in Freedom, Nebraska to Joseph Earl Quaintance and Esther Anna Zeller Quaintance. She was a sister to Sharon (deceased), Joyce (deceased) and brother Rodger Quaintance (Delta) from Texas.

Patricia had very fond memories of her childhood and her family growing up. She later moved to Sunnyside, Washington, where she had hopes of becoming a beautician. She was on the drill and swimming team in high school. Patricia and her husband moved to California in 1982. They moved to Mt. Shasta in 2005 and loved it so much that they stayed.

Patricia loved walking and having card parties with her friends. She also liked reading and doing puzzles. She was very good at crocheting and made many beautiful things.

Patricia was a very loving, kind and generous person. She had many cherished friends throughout her life and would always give a helping hand to anyone in need. She was a loved neighbor and community member.

Patricia volunteered many places but in the later years she volunteered at Siskiyou Humane Society thrift store and various community food banks.

Patricia will be remembered fondly and greatly missed by her family and friends.

No service will be held. However, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the American Liver Foundation or the National Kidney Foundation.
