Contract Signed and YREKA SPEEDWAY to run in 2024
YREKA – The 10th District Agricultural Association is pleased to announce that YREKA SPEEDWAY will be up and running in 2024. The 10th DAA Board of Directors accepted the RFP for the racetrack and the contract for 2024 has been signed, stated CEO Cliff Munson, the new promoter has selected YREKA SPEEDWAY as the name of the track for 2024, a name that was used in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s. We are pleased that a promoter has decided to bring back this long-time community activity. Information about the 2024 race season should be made available within the next few weeks. The contract was signed today – October 12th, and plans are underway for up to 15 night of racing in 2024.
