Longtime Happy Camp resident, Celia Ann Melendez, passed away on June 7, 2023 at
Mercy Medical Center in Redding. She was 82 years old, and a 35 year resident of Happy
Camp.
Celia (and twin sister, Ophelia) were born January 14, 1941 in West Los Angeles to Joseph and Margarita Cordova.
