Barrios, 60, of Dorris, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with theft from elder/dependent adult over $950, contracting without a license, contractor requiring excess down payment, and failure to secure payment of compensation. Arrested on warrant on N. Oregon Street. Bail set at $20,000. Released Jan. 21.
Phillip A. Titus, 36, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with failure to appear after written promise. Arrested on warrant on W. Blake Street. Bail set at $5,000. Released same day.
Tyler A. Martin, 61, of Happy Camp, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with failure to appear, transport/sell narcotic controlled substance between counties, transport/sell narcotic/controlled substance, and possession/purchase for sale narcotic/controlled substance. Arrested by CHP on warrant on SR-96 at Thompson Creek. Bail set at $50,000 on drug trafficking charge. Released Jan. 20.
Jameson W. Bentley, 39, of Walnut Creek, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with DUI alcohol and possession of controlled substance. Arrested by CHP on northbound I-5. Released same day.
Jody V. Boyer, 60, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with failure to register as sex offender upon gaining/leaving residence. Arrested on E. Oberlin. Released same day.
Jacob A. Carl, 27, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 19 and charged with probation violation and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Arrested on S. Main Street. Released Jan. 20.
Eric S. Hibbard, 37, of McCloud, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with disorderly conduct – alcohol. Arrested in McCloud. Released same day.
Joseph A. Higuera, 21, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with DUI alcohol and DUI with blood alcohol 0.08 percent or higher. Arrested by CHP at Fairchild Medical Center. Released same day.
Angela M. Kiljander, 50, of Dunsmuir, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with battery on person. Arrested at Goodwill. Bail set at $5,000. Released same day.
Lindsey J. Denny, 43, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with multiple failures to appear (including two felony bench warrants), possession of controlled substance, driving with suspended/revoked license for DUI, and reckless driving. Arrested by CHP on warrants at Fairchild Medical Center. No bail on warrant charges; $5,000 bail on drug charge. Remains in custody.
Joseph G. Henson, 40, of Weed, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with possession of obscene matter of minor in sexual act. Arrested on warrant at Siskiyou Superior Court. Sentenced to 2 years CDCR. Remains in custody.
Angela M. Kiljander, 50, of Dunsmuir, was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with disorderly conduct – intoxication with drugs and alcohol, trespass – refuse to leave property, and shoplifting. Arrested at Walmart. Released Jan. 21.
Joycelyn E. Rizo, 28, of Medford, Ore., was arrested Jan. 20 and charged with disorderly conduct – alcohol. Arrested by Weed Police on E. Vista. Released Jan. 21.
Lakota E. Cortes, 18, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with possession/purchase for sale narcotic/controlled substance, possession of silencer, and possession of controlled substance. Arrested on Annie Street. Bail set at $25,000. Released same day.
Douglas R. Morgan, 66, of Montague, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with bench warrant – failure to appear on misdemeanor charge. Arrested on warrant at jail lobby. Released same day.
Robert A. Zamora, 46, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with multiple failures to appear and possession of controlled substance. Arrested on warrants at jail lobby. Bail set at $5,000 per charge. Released same day.
Simeon V. Goranov, 34, of Roseville, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with DUI alcohol, DUI with blood alcohol 0.08 percent or higher, possession of narcotic controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance. Arrested on northbound I-5 at the Shasta River. Released Jan. 22.
Justin D. Roberts, 46, of Greenview, was arrested Jan. 21 and charged with multiple failures to appear, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, and disorderly conduct – loitering on private property. Waters, 47, of Ben Lomond, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with contempt of court – disobey court order, obstruct/resist peace officer, reckless driving, driving on suspended/revoked license for DUI, DUI alcohol, and DUI with blood alcohol 0.08 percent or higher. Arrested by CHP on southbound I-5 south of G10. Released same day.
Lloyd L. Smith, 64, of Happy Camp, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with multiple failures to appear after written promise. Arrested by CHP on warrant at Nugget Street and Second Avenue. Released same day.
Harvey G. Quigley, 37, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 22 and charged with failure to appear after written promise (two counts). Arrested on warrant at Miner Street and 3rd Street. Bail set at $5,000 per charge. Released same day.

Joshua W. Reece, 44, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with possession of controlled substance. Arrested in Yreka. Released same day.
Michael A. Beals Sr., 45, of Happy Camp, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with trespass – occupy property without consent and possession of controlled substance. Arrested on Easy Street. Released Jan. 24.

Michael Sarason, 76, of Yreka, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with failure to report for work release program, unlawful possession/use of tear gas weapon, prohibited person possessing ammunition, and probation violation. Arrested by Probation on W. Lennox Street. No bail. Remains in custody.
Robert M. Muns, 54, of Etna, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with DUI any drug. Arrested by CHP at Moonlit Oaks at southbound I-5. Released same day.
