Anthony J. Armstrong (40, Fort Jones City Limits, CA) decided to make his Tuesday interesting by getting pulled over in Greenhorn with drug possession with priors, unlawful paraphernalia, driving without a license, and a probation violation. The California Highway Patrol wasn’t amused, though they let him out the same day on $20,000 bail. Sometimes you just have a really bad Tuesday.

Robert D. Arnold Jr. (38, Harbor, OR) had quite the arsenal during his I-5 northbound journey near Shasta River – carrying a loaded unregistered firearm, illegally possessing an assault weapon, and facing child abuse charges. CHP booked him for the day with $25,000 bail, proving that road trips don’t always go as planned.

Joshua L. Burns (42, Montague, CA) collected failure to appear warrants like trading cards – three of them from different counties. Sheriff’s deputies found him at the jail (convenient!) and he got to stay until his court appearances. Sometimes the warrants find you before you find the courthouse.

Jason J. Charlesworth (46, Montague, CA) went out with a bang – literally – getting arrested for willfully discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner right on East King Street in Montague. The Sheriff’s Office gave him an overnight stay with $20,000 bail. Apparently, fireworks weren’t enough excitement for the evening.

Aaron M. Comer (44, Dunsmuir, CA) was the king of failure to appear, racking up six separate warrants dating back to 2019. Deputies found him on Castle Ave for what must have been the world’s most anticipated arrest. He was released the same day, presumably with a very full court calendar ahead.

Andrew G. Downer (37, Weed, CA) turned a night out into a trifecta of bad decisions: DUI, DUI with .08% BAC, and resisting a peace officer at Old Stage and Sugar. CHP gave him an overnight timeout to think about his choices. Sometimes the night takes an unexpected turn.

Lian Y. Feng (58, Sacramento, CA) was caught cultivating a marijuana garden with 6+ plants during a Vistas operation. The Sheriff’s Office processed her the same day – apparently her green thumb got a little too green for the law’s liking.

Katrina L. Garcia (27, Montague, CA) missed her court date for a traffic violation and got picked up by Yreka PD at the courthouse area. Quick processing with $1,000 bail – sometimes it’s better to just show up the first time.

Ione Gormley (62, Yreka, CA) was doing some unauthorized shopping and trespassing at the local 76 station. Yreka PD gave her a same-day release, though her shopping experience was definitely memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Joseph D. Green (48, Santa Ana, CA) was traveling north on I-5 near Anderson when an outside felony warrant caught up with him. The Sheriff’s Office held him with no bail – sometimes your past follows you on road trips.

Darrell W. Hall Jr. (41, Yreka, CA) combined trespassing with a probation violation on Greenway. Yreka PD processed him the same day, proving that some locations are just off-limits when you’re on probation.

Kelly N. Harris (33, Visalia, CA) was caught with a stolen vehicle and faced vehicle theft charges at the Extra Mile. She also had an outside warrant with $40,000 bail from Tulare County, who eventually came to collect their wanted guest.

Edward R. Henline Jr. (47, McCloud, CA) accumulated quite the collection of serious charges including rape, false imprisonment, assault with force, witness intimidation, and battery with serious injury, plus a bench warrant. Multiple Ramey warrants were served at his Minnesota Avenue address – definitely not your average Tuesday.

May Her (44, Montague, CA) was found cultivating marijuana (6+ plants) and possessing it for sale during a Vistas operation in Mt. Shasta. Same-day processing – apparently her agricultural venture didn’t have the proper permits.

Patsy J. Hook (51, Yreka, CA) made two separate appearances: first for disorderly conduct at Discovery and Northview (overnight stay), then again for trespassing at 551 N. Main Street (same-day release). Sometimes one citation just isn’t enough excitement.

Kristy Jackson (43, Yreka, CA) was caught trespassing and destroying standing timber on Greenway. Yreka PD gave her a same-day release – apparently her landscaping methods were a bit too aggressive.

Roberto O. Jimenez (59, Yreka, CA) was found intoxicated with drugs and alcohol in the 1200 block of South Main Street. Yreka PD sobered him up overnight before release.

Gwenna C. Kelly (36, Yreka, CA) was the failure-to-appear champion with five separate warrants dating back to 2016, plus a fresh paraphernalia charge. The Sheriff’s Office found her on Foothill and gave her a same-day processing – clearly, the court system missed her.

Keith L. Kincade (43, Yreka, CA) earned himself two DUI charges with prior convictions, courtesy of remand from Siskiyou Superior Court. His $25,000 bail suggests this wasn’t his first rodeo with the justice system.

Kaeleen B. Koger (31, Klamath Falls, OR) had quite the arsenal during her McDonald’s visit in Yreka: narcotic possession, controlled substances, paraphernalia, a leaded cane, and tear gas weapon charges. Released overnight with $20,000 bail – definitely not your typical fast-food stop.

Dylan T. Kolvig (34, Tacoma, WA) was caught with paraphernalia on South Main. Yreka PD processed him same-day – sometimes a quick trip to California includes unplanned stops.

Patrick W. Lane (61, Hornbrook, CA) enjoyed a DUI double-header (.08% BAC and regular DUI) at Chevron Central. Yreka PD gave him a same-day sobering experience – apparently gas station visits can get complicated.

Rana Lehmerchang (45, Oakland, CA) faced battery against a spouse and destroying a wireless communication device on East Lake Street. Mount Shasta PD held her briefly with $5,000 bail – sometimes relationship disputes get very modern.

Jeffrey J. Lowry (52, Weed, CA) violated a domestic violence court order, violated probation, and possessed controlled substances and paraphernalia on California Street. Live Scan PD gave him an overnight stay – clearly, court orders are more like suggestions to some folks.

Stephanie T. Lujan (40, Yreka, CA) collected multiple failure to appear warrants and a felony bench warrant during her Motel 6 stay. Total bail reached $105,000 with one no-bail warrant – apparently, her accommodations got unexpectedly expensive.

Nathan P. Marchetti (31, Yreka, CA) made two appearances: first for trespassing, resisting officers, and probation violation at the truck stop (same-day release), then again for probation violation at the library (also same-day). The justice system became his frequent flier program.

Zachary J. Markes (26, Yreka, CA) was found trespassing on Greenway. Yreka PD processed him same-day – some places are just off-limits, even in broad daylight.

Dennis C. Marler (35, Yreka, CA) was under the influence of controlled substances at Lawrence and South Oregon. Yreka PD sobered him up with a same-day processing – sometimes the corner becomes an unintended destination.

Justin M. McSperrit (36, Bullhead, AZ) had the stolen vehicle trifecta: vehicle theft, possessing a stolen vehicle, and burglary tools at the Extra Mile in Yreka. Same-day processing – apparently his Arizona vacation took an unexpected turn.

Brian M. Meenk (58, Dunsmuir, CA) was caught with controlled substances and paraphernalia at the Amtrak station. Same-day release with $5,000 bail – his travel plans definitely got derailed.

Justin M. Melo (34, Mt. Shasta, CA) was caught possessing fireworks without a permit in Mt. Shasta. Overnight stay – apparently his celebration plans weren’t properly licensed.

Isaac J. Misfeldt (24, Shastina, CA) earned a DUI double (.08% BAC and regular DUI) on South Old Stage Road. Same-day processing – sometimes the scenic route includes unplanned stops.

Jacob A. Moore (40, Weed, CA) was trespassing and destroying standing timber on Greenway. Yreka PD gave him same-day processing – apparently his forestry techniques needed work.

Kaden S. Moses (24, Klamath Falls, OR) combined possessing a stolen vehicle with paraphernalia and DUI at 100 N. Main Street. Released overnight per Judge Lawrence – sometimes Oregon visits to California get complicated.

Derek D. Norrick (47, Yreka, CA) earned a DUI double (.08% BAC and regular DUI) at Main and Miner. The Sheriff’s Office sobered him up overnight – intersection encounters don’t always go smoothly.

Noah J. Osbornย (29, Yreka, CA) went all out with burglary, vehicle tampering, resisting officers, and vandalism over $400 at Green Horn Road. Multiple charges for one location – efficiency at its finest, albeit illegal.

Emily R. Pavlacky (27, Valley Springs, CA) was hit with arson charges for structure/forest land with a fresh Ramey warrant on Lane Street. No bail suggests this fire wasn’t the cozy campfire variety.

Frank Perez (39, Klamath Falls, OR) was caught with a leaded cane, controlled substances, and paraphernalia during another McDonald’s adventure in Yreka. Released overnight with $20,000 bail – fast food stops keep getting interesting in this county.

Daniel R. Phillipsย (40, Horse Creek, CA) faced domestic battery charges at his Cherry Maple Drive address. The Sheriff’s Office held him briefly with $5,000 bail – sometimes…

Eda B. Posadas-Pavon (40, Seattle, WA) was caught manufacturing/possessing metal knuckles during a traffic stop on I-5. Released overnight – apparently her self-defense accessories weren’t California-compliant.

Harvey G. Quigley (36, Yreka, CA) accumulated three failure to appear warrants with $1,000 bail each. Yreka PD found him on Lane Street for a same-day processing – the court calendar clearly missed him.

Michael B. Reeceย (38, Weed, CA) violated parole at N. Weed Boulevard. No bail violation – sometimes freedom comes with very specific terms and conditions.

Michael Rhyneย (19, Yreka, CA) was found intoxicated with drugs and alcohol at Rolling Hills Drive. Same-day processing – apparently the rolling hills weren’t the only thing that got rolling that night.

Anthony L. Schaefer (56, Etna, CA) was intoxicated with drugs and alcohol in Etna. Overnight processing – sometimes small-town nights get a little too exciting.

Colton T. Simmons Obrian (24, Weed, CA) violated parole and had a bench warrant at the I-5 Alamo area. Held until his September court date – highway rest stops can be surprisingly consequential.

Megan L. Simmons (41, Dunsmuir, CA) was the undisputed failure-to-appear champion with eleven separate warrants dating back to 2012. The Sheriff’s Office found her on North Old Stage Road in Mt. Shasta – clearly, the court system really, really missed her presence.

Rebecca H. Teran-Bingham (29, Yreka, CA) collected six failure to appear warrants and one felony bench warrant totaling $35,000 in bail on South Oregon Street. Same-day processing – her court calendar was apparently quite full.

Phillip A. Titus (36, Yreka, CA) was cited for disorderly conduct with alcohol at Speedway Express. Same-day processing – convenience store visits don’t always stay convenient.

Christopher K. Vieira (50, Dorris, CA) had a failure to appear warrant and was found at the jail lobby. Same-day processing – sometimes you don’t even have to go looking for trouble.

Haizhou Wang (56, Sacramento, CA) was cultivating 6+ marijuana plants during the Vistas operation. Same-day processing – apparently his gardening hobby exceeded legal limits.

William T. Warner (46, Yreka, CA) was driving with suspended/revoked privileges and resisting officers. Same-day processing – sometimes the license suspension notice gets lost in the mail, or ignored.

Heather L. Weidner (44, Weed, CA) had both a felony bench warrant from Weed PD and a failure to appear from Live Scan PD. Found at the jail lobby – sometimes the justice system comes to you.

Daniel K. Wilson (63, McCloud, CA) combined paraphernalia possession with a felony bench warrant worth $50,000. Same-day processing at Hoo Hoo Park – apparently park visits can get unexpectedly expensive.

David I. Woolstenhulme (37, Weed, CA) earned the DUI trifecta: regular DUI, .08% BAC DUI, and driving with suspended/revoked DUI privileges at the I-5 Truck Village. Same-day processing – truck stops and alcohol don’t mix well.

Rikang Wu (39, Sacramento, CA) was cultivating 6+ marijuana plants during the Vistas operation. Same-day processing – his agricultural venture apparently lacked proper documentation.

Thae Xiong (48, Sacramento, CA) was cultivating 6+ marijuana plants and possessing marijuana for sale during the Vista operation. Same-day processing – apparently the farming cooperative had some regulatory issues.

Jincai Yin (58, Sacramento, CA) was also cultivating 6+ marijuana plants during the same Vistas operation. Same-day processing – this gardening club definitely didn’t have the right permits.

The Vistas operation was clearly a busy day for agricultural enforcement, and McDonald’s in Yreka seems to be an unusually eventful dining destination. Between the failure-to-appear warrant collectors and the creative interpretations of traffic laws, Siskiyou County’s finest had their hands full during this week in August 2025.
