Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest Report

October 14-21, 2024

Several significant arrests were made in Siskiyou County this past week, including multiple felony warrants, drug trafficking charges, and domestic violence incidents.

Major Arrests

Sex Crimes Investigation

• Steven Guajardo Jr., 27, was arrested in Yreka on October 15 on multiple felony charges, including possession of obscene matter of a minor and child molestation. Additional charges include destroying/concealing evidence. Bail was set at $20,000.
• Desten Moore, 19, was arrested on October 16 in Callahan on charges of sending/selling obscene matter depicting a minor.

Drug Trafficking Operations

• Jose Felipe Ceycaramirez, 37, of Los Angeles, was arrested on October 15 near Shasta River on charges of transporting and possessing narcotics for sale. He was released on $20,000 bail.
• A coordinated arrest in Shastina Drive on October 14 led to the apprehension of Benjamin Joseph Burnett, 41, and Victoria Jones, 30, on multiple felony drug charges including possession and transportation of controlled substances.
• Jose Manuel Perez Sanchez, 34, of Medford, Oregon, was arrested on October 17 on I-5 near Mott Road for possession and transportation of narcotics for sale. Bail was set at $20,000.

Domestic Violence

• Christian Lee Hill, 34, of Vancouver, WA, was arrested on October 19 in Mt. Shasta on felony domestic violence charges. Bail was set at $50,000.
• Bryttani Lee Holleman, 32, of Gazelle, was arrested on October 21 for domestic violence with bail set at $50,000.

Outstanding Warrants

• Ronald Beau Marshall, 34, was taken into custody on October 19 on multiple felony warrants for failure to appear.
• Billy Nevin Morrison, 50, of Montague, was arrested on October 21 on multiple felony warrants with combined bail of $18,000.
• Jason Michael Pollard, 50, was arrested on October 14 for a parole violation with no bail allowed.
• David Gene Wilson, 60, was arrested on October 19 on a Shasta County felony warrant.

DUI Enforcement

Multiple DUI arrests were made throughout the week:

• Alexis Renay Brice, 32, arrested on Highway 89
• Kyle Elizabeth Carpenter, 42, arrested in Dunsmuir
• Donald Stewart Lambert Jr., 40, arrested in Yreka
• Stanley Xacheng Lee, 59, arrested in Weed
• Luis Paz Ramirez, 34, arrested on I-5 at Black Butte Summit
• Nicolas Roy Boynton, 25, of Klamath Falls, OR, arrested and released after booking

Marijuana-Related Arrests

• Justin Patrick Jobe, 30, of Boulder Creek, and Justine Michelle Leverett, 29, of Los Gatos, were arrested on October 14 near Highway 97 for possession of marijuana for sale and transportation.

Probation Violations

• Candice Rae Beals, 41, of Fort Jones, was arrested on October 16 for probation violation.
• Michelle Lynn Wagnon, 36, of Etna, was arrested on October 20 for probation violation with bail set at $40,000.

Public Intoxication

• Lawrence Matthew Crowley, 41, arrested at Rain Rock Casino
• Lisa Marie Jeangerard, 59, arrested in Yreka
• Arthur Francis Cosenza, 54, arrested with additional charges of possessing controlled substances

Failure to Appear/Multiple Warrants

• Debra Raundrea Demery, 53, arrested on multiple warrants and weapon charges
• Heather Michelle Fyler, 37, arrested on multiple failure to appear warrants
• Gwenna Camille Kelly, 35, arrested on three failure to appear warrants
• Thomas Giovanni Yoacham, 40, arrested on failure to appear

Additional Arrests

• Adam Edward Linebarger, 44, arrested for evading peace officers with wanton disregard for safety
• Kanean Danial Walsh, 39, arrested for contempt of court and a felony warrant
• Amy Fellows Merrill, 46, arrested for trespassing
• Lonam Duane McVey, 52, arrested for resisting arrest and driving on a suspended license

Sex Offender Registration Violation

• Robert Lyle Robins III, 29, was arrested on October 20 for failing to register as a transient sex offender and failure to complete annual registration updates.

Property Crimes

• Michael Robert Thompson, 46, of Montague, was arrested for first-degree burglary on October 16.
• Tami Lynn Taylor, 57, was arrested for felony vandalism and multiple failure to appear warrants.
• Robin Lee Harnden, 44, was arrested for elder abuse theft and identity theft.
