This summer, cultural fire practitioners designated by the Karuk Tribe will be conducting cultural burns in the Orleans, Somes Bar, and Happy Camp areas.
Burns are expected to begin during the third week of June and continue through early July, depending on cultural indicators and environmental conditions.
