Notice is hereby given to the Creditors of KENDRA BAINBRIDGE, doing business as RAVEN TREE (or Raven Tree Shop), Transferor, whose business address is 138 Morgan Way, Mt. Shasta, Siskiyou County, California 96067, that a bulk transfer is about to be made to Denise Banaga.
The property to be transferred is located at 138 Morgan Way, Mt Shasta, CA County of Siskiyou, State of CA 96067
Said property is described in general as: the fixtures, equipment, inventory, accounts, intangible assets (logos, signs, etc.) and good will of that certain business known as RAVEN TREE, located at 138 Morgan, Mt. Shasta, County of Siskiyou, State of California.
The bulk transfer will be consummated on or after the 30th day of June, 2026, at 5:00 pm. At the Offices of Richard L. Kimbell, Attorney at Law, 322 West Center Street, Yreka, California 96097.
