Siskiyou County voters will have the opportunity to meet and question candidates for three contested county offices when the Siskiyou County Republican Central Committee hosts a candidate forum this Saturday, April 25, at Greenhorn Community Grange Hall #384, 300 Ranch Lane, Yreka.
Doors open at 3:30 p.m. and the program begins at 4 p.m.
Three races are on the agenda. Candidates Kendall W. Hannon and Michael DeArton are both vying for Siskiyou County Superior Court Judge. Diane Olson and Sherry Lawson face off in the Auditor-Controller race. Mark Greenfield, a candidate for Siskiyou County Superintendent of Schools, is also scheduled to appear.
The forum is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions for the candidates ahead of the June primary.
