Kaae-Munson Honored as Woman of the Year
SACRAMENTO — As the California Legislature recognizes Women’s History Month in March, Sen. Megan Dahle is very proud to announce that Maryann Kaae-Munson is the 2026 1st Senate District Woman of the Year – recognizing many years of community service in Siskiyou County.
A resident of the Scott Valley, Kaae-Munson is a dedicated cattle rancher and longtime member of the Siskiyou County CattleWomen, where she has served in leadership roles, including as Chairperson, contributing to the organization’s awards programs and community initiatives promoting the beef industry.
