  • UNFORTUNATELY AS A MOTORIST, I HAVE NOTICED WITH THE SURGE OF FOREIGN DRIVERS, A SURGE IN TRUCK DRIVERS PLAYING THE “HAVE TO PASS EACH OTHER” GAME ON INTERSTATE 5 IN CALIFORNIA. THIS ESSENTIALLY REDUCES THE SPEED OF OTHER VEHICLES TO 60 MPH IN THE INSIDE LANE AND REDUCES MOBILITY ON CALIFORNIA’S ROADWAYS. THE TRUCKS GAIN VERY LITTLE IN THIS PASSING GAME. IT NEEDS TO BE OUTLAWED.
