โข Why the local left does not want homeland security
By John Martinez
A 2004 Special Opinion for the Pioneer Press
Several months ago, prior to the national media running stories, the Pioneer Press stated that international narcotics interests were operating within the regional economy. We even took the linkages a few steps further. Soon the national media will undoubtably do the same.
For our efforts to disclose the deepening drug trade with international linkages we were labeled extremists, conspiracy theorists, nuts, whackos, hate mongerers and many other terms not fit for print. Let’s take another leap in exposing, not the fronts, but the interests behind the scenes and their tactical and strategic moves against our way of life that may constitute racketeering and corruption with an international flavor.
What you are about to read, make no mistake about it, WILL break in the national media within the next few months. There is no stopping the story.
As many people don’t want to know how the international left is promoting the drug trade to promulgate radical anti-American movements to damage economies in development in an effort to destroy our nation, we will localize issues. If you are interested in how US-domiciled non-profits and foundations are contributing to international terrorism and anti-US activities abroad, you may soon buy a book.
Local dots only
Locally, we all become emotional when we see the Face of the radical left. We think the radicals are highly unstable due to their outbursts and assaults at public meetings. We ask ourselves, how can nut balls actually be so persuasive that they are shutting down our towns and county? How can they assault and batter elected officials and they never have charges pressed against them?
Don’t be silly. The Face we see is only a facade or front for a broader and larger picture masking the real movers and shakers. Soon to be unmasked you might say.
Understanding the real picture, one must delve into the interests, the flow of local drug money and the use of front groups that promote policy congruent with revolutionary anti-American capitalism with roots to the late 60s and early 70s.
However, we don’t want to go that far, just yet. To the big boys, we just want the local people involved gone, we promise.
We just want to rid ourselves of the local blight and again promise not to expose the big boys on the East Coast, Denver, San Francisco or Sacramento. That’s a Homeland Security issue.
So, now is the time, shall we say, to sever the connections and linkages to your larger operations. If you don’t sever the local interests, they will talk you know. They always do.
Dots galore
The ordinary farmer, and there is nothing ordinary about farming, can’t seem to understand why the big drug dealing environmentalists never get taken down. That’s the first big connection.
Certain East Coast major drug barons are untouchable. Get used to it and quit crying. You see, the extreme left that came here from the East Coast is very well protected, very well connected and is running your county.
What is the connection that binds together the radical left and drugs? While the extreme left gets to destroy the Pioneer community that is fundamentally opposite of their leftwing agenda for America, they in return are helping very powerful local people get what they want. Your land and your water. Are you still laughing?
So, the large drug barons promote policy through non-profits and other groups that in the end benefit a small handful of local players. Quid pro quo?
How is this possible you wonder? Through controlling law enforcement surveillance, setting up informants, discrediting grass root movements and leadership and the Lord only knows what else, certain elements within the local establishment ensure certain traffickers are not touched.
In return for the East Coast dealers not being touched they in return promote policy that benefits the smallest handful of local landowners. The local powers are then in a position to buy your land and water rights at a fraction of what they would be worth if certain policy was not smashing your business. Kinda of like what happened during the depression.
Crazy and not true. Remember, when we first began drafting articles relating to pot being the county’s dominant economic engine many thought we were nuts. The truth of the local betrayal is a difficult and bitter pill to swallow. We’ll get you over the hump. Don’t worry.
So you ask yourself: Yes, but the policy that is affecting us is not made locally, isn’t it in, uhmmm, Sacramento? Very good. You’re beginning to see the picture.
The next question you may ask yourself is: Who among us has the massive political connections in Sacramento? Who is so well connected you ask?
Then, you ask: Well, but individuals can only give so much money in legal campaign contributions? Great question!!! Now, ask youself the most difficult question.
How do you convert and clean drug money so that it can “legally” enter the campaign world and finance non-profit groups that support anti-US capitalist policy?
Many of us conservatives are hesitant to back homeland security as we are fearful of constitutional infringements. True. However, think of what is going to happen when the Feds start chasing the dollars from one bank to another, and then into investments and then into campaign contributions? That’s why the local left does not want homeland security.
