SISKIYOU COUNTY SHERIFF’S BOOKING REPORT October 27 – November 3, 2025

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27

Estee April Louise Harris, 54, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 11:40 a.m. at 800 Lake Court on two warrants for elder/dependent adult cruelty and obstructing a peace officer, with $2,500 bail (docket 2022-0368). She was released the same day with court date set for November 25.

George Fredrick Kent III, 34, of Yreka, was booked at the Siskiyou County Jail at 12:58 p.m. for violation of felony parole. No bail was set on the parole violation warrant from Siskiyou Superior Court (docket 25WR00487). Court date set for October 29.

Matthew Richard Tudor, 49, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 10:23 a.m. at W. Miner Street for possession of controlled substances with two or more priors, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, obstructing an executive officer, and probation violation (docket 25CF13336). His charge was changed from 148 PC to 69 PC (obstructing executive officer). Two additional charges were added in court: drug possession with priors (docket 25CF033890) and transport of controlled substances (docket 23CF10375). Total bail set at $30,000. Court appearance scheduled for November 18.

Joseph Julian Sandoval, 28, of Yreka, turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office lobby at 11:44 a.m. on four outstanding failure to appear warrants with $5,000 bail each: dockets SCCR-CRM-2021-845, SCCR-CRM-2022-204, SCCR-CRM-2019-2290, and 23CM04861. He was released the same day with court dates set for October 27 and October 29.

Reymundo Trinidad Velasques Lopez, 26, of Klamath Falls, Oregon (residing, Yreka), was arrested by Yreka Police at 8:04 p.m. in Yreka for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. He also had an outstanding failure to appear warrant (docket 25CM05181) with $5,000 bail from the Sheriff’s Office. He was released October 28. Court date set for December 30.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 28

Marissa Alyce Harris, 27, of Weed, was arrested by Yreka Police at 9:43 p.m. at 777 Casino Way for disorderly conduct related to alcohol intoxication. She was released October 29 with court date set for December 9.

Keemario Jumanee Magee, 44, of Weed, was arrested by Yreka Police at 10:51 a.m. on Torre Street for battery on a spouse/ex-spouse/dating partner with $5,000 bail and possession of personal identifying information with intent to defraud. A probation violation charge was added by Probation on October 29 at noon at the jail. He was released October 29. Court dates set for October 29-30.

Vue Xiong, 47, of Fresno, turned himself in at the jail lobby at 9:22 a.m. for driving with suspended/revoked privileges (docket 24CM08191). He was released the same day with alternative sentencing to report to the Day Reporting Center.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29

Curtis Chance Belyeu, 28, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 11:11 p.m. on Ranch Lane for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating partner and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. Bail set at $50,000 on docket 25CF01232. Court date set for November 18.

Gary Siva Black, 46, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Weed Police on (February 7, 2024 (?)) at South Weed Boulevard and Bologs Street for obstructing a peace officer and a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge (docket 23CF13410). Court date set for November 4.

Katherine Marie Brown, 49, of Woodland, was remanded by Siskiyou Superior Court at 11:12 a.m. at the jail sallyport for probation violation on case 2019-2134 with a 90-day sentence. She was released the same day.

Stephen G. Kendall, 70, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 2:47 p.m. in Dunsmuir for DUI alcohol, driving with suspended/revoked privileges for DUI, and failure to appear on warrant (docket CRM-2021-1260) with $5,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior Court. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 30.

Justin Carl Harrison Jr., 42, of Happy Camp, was returned from a state hospital by Parole at 8 a.m. for vandalism/defacing property (docket 25CF08305) and violation of felony parole (docket 25PR07535). The comments note he was “returned from hospital.” Court date set for November 4.

James Allen Price, 50, of Happy Camp, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 4:05 p.m. in Happy Camp on eleven separate warrants and charges:

  • Four no-bail bench warrants for failure to appear on felony charges (dockets 24CF12439, 24CF12374, 24CF08888, and 24PR08981)
  • Five failure to appear misdemeanor warrants with no bail (dockets CRM-2021-1684, 24CM12375, CRM-2022-1268)
  • Two additional misdemeanor failure to appear warrants listed at bottom of his entry
  • Petty theft with prior convictions (docket 25CF07554) with no bail from Siskiyou Superior
  • Possession of controlled substance with two or more priors (docket 25CF07554)
  • Possession of paraphernalia (docket 25CF07554) from Siskiyou Superior
  • One additional bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charge (docket 25CF13397) with $20,000 bail Court date set for November 18.

Zachary James Grant Markes, 27, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 7:47 p.m. at the Super 8 Motel for disorderly conduct/loitering on private property and obstructing a peace officer. He was released October 30. Court date set for December 9.

Dillon Andrew Wilson, 32, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 2:58 a.m. at the Yreka Travel Stop for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 16.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30

Humberto Munoz-Perez, 22, of Dorris, was arrested by CHP Yreka at 7:42 p.m. (arrest date shows 10/29/2025 at 7:42 p.m., but booking date is 10/30/2025) on South Buttey at 4th Street for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 19.

Jennifer Ellen Kemp, 54, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 11:19 p.m. at the Baymont Inn for trespassing to obstruct business operations and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. She was released October 31. Court date set for December 9.

Chanphansy Sek, 42, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police at 12:17 a.m. (arrest time shows 00:17 on 10/30/2025) on South Main Street for possession of controlled substance (docket 25CM13398) and possession of paraphernalia with $5,000 bail. He also had four outstanding warrants: two bench warrants for failure to appear on felony charges with no bail listed as $20,000 each (dockets 25CF00450, 25CF13404), and two failure to appear misdemeanor warrants with $5,000 bail each (dockets 25CM09271, 25CM13406). Court date set for November 4.

Rosemarie Andrea Pringle, 36, of Weed, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 11:43 a.m. in Carrick for possession of unlawful paraphernalia and two warrants: a bench warrant for failure to appear on a felony charge with $20,000 bail (docket 24CF13059) from Lake Shastina Police Department, and a failure to appear warrant with $5,000 bail (docket 24CM09462) from Lake Shastina Police. Court date set for November 3.

Shouguang Wu, 53, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 8:15 a.m. in Placome for cultivating marijuana with six or more plants and possession of marijuana for sale. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 12.

Liyun Yu, 57, of Folsom, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 8:15 a.m. at Placome and Jennie Road for cultivating marijuana with six or more plants and possession of marijuana for sale. She was released the same day. Court date set for December 16.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31

Christina Samantha Ayers, 31, of Bandon, Oregon, was arrested by CHP Yreka at 3:55 a.m. in Fort Jones for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. She was released the same day. Court date set for December 30.

David Edward Alliman, 32, of Weed, was arrested by Lake Shastina Police at 6:07 p.m. at 6016 Hogan Drive for obstructing/resisting an executive officer and exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm (aggravated). Bail set at $10,000. Court date set for November 3.

Michael Eugene Indihar, 76, of Montague, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 1:25 p.m. at Hart Road for violating a court order related to domestic violence. Bail set at $5,000. Court date set for November 3.

Danielle Ruth Jacobs, 46, of Mission Vallejo (city appears to be misspelled, possibly Mission Viejo), was arrested by Etna Police at 1:41 p.m. in Etna for obstructing a peace officer and giving false identification to a peace officer (impersonation). She was released the same day. Court date set for December 9.

Jennifer Ellen Kemp (second arrest), 54, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 7:42 p.m. on Main Street for shoplifting. She was released the same day. Court date set for December 16.

Christian Amos Perez, 26, of Weslaco, Texas, was arrested by CHP Yreka at 4:04 a.m. on SR3 at Quartz for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 30.

Alonzo Franklin Randolph, 19, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 3:03 a.m. at W. Miner Street for disorderly conduct related to alcohol with $5,000 bail, and obstructing a peace officer. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 16.

Andrew Isaiah Rodriguez, 27, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by CHP Mt. Shasta at 9:37 p.m. at West Lake Street and Maple for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. He was released November 1. Court dates set for January 6, 2026 (one charge incorrectly lists court date as 1/6/2025).

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 1

Grant Ike Hillman, 39, of Oakridge, Oregon, was arrested by CHP Yreka at 9:02 p.m. at North 12th Street and Prather on an outside felony warrant from the Oregon Board of Parole (warrant #26581937). He was released November 2 with court date set for November 5.

Glem Oleg Nikiteko, 53, of Mt. Shasta (born in Ukraine), was arrested by CHP Yreka at 1:04 a.m. at Lake and Chestnut for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. He was released the same day. The comments note he was “RELEASED 853.6 PTA AT SISKIYOU SUPERIOR 12/30/2025 @1300.” Court date set for December 30.

Trevour Smith, 37, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 1:11 a.m. at Main Street and Greenhorn Road in Yreka for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. He was released the same day. The comments note “RELEASED 853.6 PTA AT SISKIYOU SUPERIOR ON 12/30/2025 @1300.” Court date set for December 30.

Kelli Reese Ramer, 56, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by CHP Mt. Shasta at 7:09 p.m. on I-5 at Mott Road for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC of 0.08% or higher. She was released November 2. Court date set for January 6, 2026.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 2

Mason Robert Hornbeck, 39, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 2:31 p.m. in Dunsmuir for violating a court order related to domestic violence. Court date set for November 5.

Mayson Kaplon, 22, of Fort Jones, was arrested by Mt. Shasta Police at 4:15 a.m. at Summit View Inn for obstructing a peace officer and disorderly conduct related to alcohol. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 16.

Janet Erin Monpain, 35, of McCloud, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 8:45 a.m. in McCloud on five warrants (docket 25CF03889): obtaining credit using another’s ID/impersonation (felony) with $20,000 bail, restricted driver operating vehicle without interlock device, unlawful driving without a license (infraction), possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and displaying unlawful registration on vehicle. She was released the same day. Court date set for November 5.

Richard Levi Ortega, 41, of Mt. Shasta (born in Utah), was arrested by CHP Yreka at 3:57 p.m. at Sacramento and Spring Street for DUI of drugs, possession of controlled substance, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was released November 3. Court date set for December 16.

Dave Alan Russel, 39, address listed Washington state, was arrested by CHP Yreka at 2:53 p.m. at Chevron Copco for driving with suspended/revoked privileges (not DUI-related), possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and possession of controlled substance. He was released the same day. Court date set for December 16.

Amanda Annette Talkington, 36, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 9:04 a.m. at Greenhorn Park for possession of controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia, plus eleven outstanding warrants with various bail amounts:

  • Failure to appear after written promise (docket 24CM04473) – $10,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior
  • Failure to appear (docket 23CM01000) – $10,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior
  • Failure to appear after written promise (docket CRM-2021-116) – $10,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior
  • Failure to appear (docket 25CM08868) – $1,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior
  • Failure to appear after written promise (docket 24CM04474) – $10,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior
  • Failure to appear (docket 23CM09507) – $10,000 bail from Siskiyou Superior

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 3

Judith Lynn Akin, 48, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police at 1:27 a.m. on North Main Street for riding a bicycle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. She also had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of San Bernardino County (docket 16CR027796) with $10,000 bail. Court dates set for January 6, 2026 and December 18, 2025.

Daniel Mondragon Casorla, 35, of Yreka (born in Michoacan, Mexico), was arrested by Yreka Police at 3:43 a.m. on Burgess Street for obstructing a peace officer and six warrants:

  • Failure to appear after written promise (docket 24CF13208) from YPD
  • Bench warrant for failure to appear on felony charge (docket 25CF11987) from YPD
  • Failure to appear after written promise (docket 24CM14205) from YPD
  • Failure to appear after written promise (docket 24CM06617) from YPD
  • Failure to appear after written promise (docket 23CM09453)

Court date set for November 5.

Colin Lemmon, 38, of Dunsmuir, was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office at 2:29 a.m. for threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize (felony) and disorderly conduct for loitering on private property. Court date set for November 5.
