Bruce M. Boyer, 55, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested on October 1, 2025, by Mt. Shasta Police Department on a warrant at MSPD. Boyer was charged with a felony bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charge (Docket #25CF11113). He was released on October 3, 2025, after approximately 2 days in custody.

Michael A. Daly, 55, of Weed, was arrested on September 29, 2025, by California Highway Patrol at Abrams and Springs. Daly was charged with two misdemeanor counts: DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. He was released on September 30, 2025, with a citation requiring him to appear at Siskiyou Superior Court on November 28, 2025 at 1:00 PM, after approximately 1 day in custody.

Dalton T. Davis, 28, of Yreka, was arrested on October 3, 2025, by Weed Police Department in Weed. Davis faces multiple charges including misdemeanor obstruction of a public officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct/alcohol, three felony warrants (burglary first degree, robbery first degree, and vandalism/deface property), and three misdemeanor warrants (failure to appear on written promise). Brandin S. Farr, 32, of Red Bluff, was arrested on September 29, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on warrants at the jail lobby. Ione Gormley, 63, of Yreka, was arrested on September 30, 2025, by Yreka Police Department at West Miner Street. Nathan R. Guevara, 40, of Macdoel, was arrested on October 3, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office at the jail sallyport. Guevara was charged with one fresh misdemeanor count of violating a court order for domestic violence and one felony bench warrant/failure to appear (Docket #25CF00070). Mitchell L. Hammock, 33, of Yreka, was arrested on October 2, 2025, by Yreka Police Department at 1200 block of South Main Street. Hammock was charged with two misdemeanor failure to appear warrants with total bail of $2,000. He was released on October 2, 2025, after less than 1 day in custody.

William R. Harrison, 58, of Happy Camp, was arrested on September 30, 2025, by California Highway Patrol in Happy Camp. Harrison was charged with one misdemeanor count of DUI/any drug. He was released on September 30, 2025, after less than 1 day in custody.

Karl F. Henkel, 32, of Yreka, was arrested on September 29, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on warrants at the jail lobby. Joanne M. Johnson, 67, of Montague, was arrested on September 29, 2025, by Yreka Police Department on warrants at Yreka Greenway. Chang Khang, 55, of Yreka, was arrested on October 5, 2025, by Yreka Police Department at Sharps/Casino Way. Martha A. Kwasnikow, 66, of Yreka, was arrested on October 4, 2025, by Yreka Police Department on a warrant at French Street. Auroramae O. Llorens, 38, of Dunsmuir, was arrested on October 4, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on warrants in Dunsmuir. Jerald B. Long-Nichols, 39, of Yreka, was arrested on September 30, 2025, by Yreka Police Department at Speedway Express. Long-Nichols was charged with four fresh offenses: misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of unlawful paraphernalia, felony probation violation, and felony carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. Jeffrey J. Lowry, 52, of Weed, was arrested on October 1, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office at Siskiyou Superior Court. Lowry faces numerous charges including multiple felonies (violating civil rights by force/threat, robbery, witness intimidation, inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant, violating protective order with prior, vandalism) and several misdemeanors (obstructing a peace officer, contempt of court, possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, child abuse, petty theft, battery on spouse/dating partner). All charges list no bail. He remains in custody with a court date of October 14, 2025.

Joleen M. Morgan, 55, of Weed, was arrested on September 30, 2025, by California Highway Patrol at Chestnut and Alma. Morgan was charged with two misdemeanor counts: DUI alcohol and DUI alcohol/0.08 percent. She was released on October 1, 2025, after approximately 1 day in custody.

Emily R. Pavlacky, 27, of Valley Springs, was arrested on October 1, 2025, by Yreka Police Department on warrants at South Broadway and 400 block. Pavlacky was charged with two felony bench warrants/failure to appear (Dockets CRF-2021-1608 and CRF-2021-1484), both with no bail. She was released on October 1, 2025, on telephonic own recognizance release with a promise to appear on December 10, 2025, with search and testing conditions, after less than 1 day in custody.

Ryan A. Poling, 47, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested on October 4, 2025, by Mt. Shasta Police Department at Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta. Poling was charged with one fresh misdemeanor count of possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was released on October 5, 2025, after approximately 1 day in custody.

Hugo C. Reyes, 34, of Bakersfield, was arrested on October 4, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on warrants in Hornbrook. Reyes was charged with one felony outside warrant (bail $25,000, Docket BV017930A) and one misdemeanor outside warrant (bail $5,000, Docket BX008550B), both from Kern County. He was released on October 5, 2025, after approximately 1 day in custody.

Alonso C. Rodriguez, 29, of Montague, was arrested on September 29, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office at 13th and Scobie. Rodriguez was charged with two fresh misdemeanor counts: possession of unlawful paraphernalia and disorderly conduct/alcohol. He was released on September 30, 2025, after approximately 1 day in custody.

Steven R. Romani, 38, of Montague, was arrested on October 1, 2025, by Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office on warrants at Montague Road. Romani was charged with one felony cruelty to animals/overdrive (bail $20,000, Docket #24CF09989) and two misdemeanor failure to appear warrants (total bail $10,000). He was released on October 3, 2025, after approximately 2 days in custody.

Phillip A. Titus, 37, of Yreka, was arrested on October 5, 2025, by Yreka Police Department on a warrant at West Blake Street. Titus was charged with one misdemeanor failure to appear warrant (Docket #25CM11145) with bail set at $1,000. He was released on October 5, 2025, after less than 1 day in custody.
