ALLGIER, Autumn Marie, 25, of Seiad Valley, was arrested by Yreka Police on September 19 at 2:34 AM in Yreka on charges of DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC 0.08% or higher. She was released the same day and is scheduled to appear in court November 18.

ATWOOD, Laina Jean, 40, of Yreka, was arrested by the District Attorney’s office on September 21 at 1:01 AM on S. Main Street for driving under the influence as an addict and probation violation. She was released the same day with a November 18 court date.

AVILA AVILA, Wilmer Arturo, 26, of Seattle, Washington, originally from Honduras, was booked September 17 on a warrant for transporting/selling narcotic controlled substances between counties, a felony. No bail was set, with a September 19 court appearance scheduled.

BARTOK, Michelle Kathleen, 54, of Big Springs, was arrested September 18 on felony warrants including second-degree burglary, theft of property after prior conviction, and possession of narcotic and controlled substances. Bail was set at $40,000 with a November 4 court date.

BERG, Justin Ryan, 47, of Hornbrook, was arrested September 17 at 7:10 AM at his residence for cultivating 6 or more marijuana plants and possession of marijuana for sale. He was released the same day with an October 28 court appearance.

BLANTON, Flash Aaron, 53, of Macdoel, was booked September 18 on a probation violation warrant with $20,000 bail and a September 22 court date.

BOK, Rory Lee, 47, of Drain, Oregon, was arrested by Yreka Police September 19 at 11:08 PM on Butte Street for being under the influence of controlled substances and disorderly conduct. He was released September 20 with a November 4 court date.

BROPHY, Christopher Nelson, 35, of Weed, was arrested September 17 on multiple felony charges including conspiracy to commit crime (2 counts), money laundering (16 counts), receiving stolen property, and willful evasion of toll fees. Bail was set at $1 million with a September 22 court appearance.

CULBERTSON, Breanna Danyel, 29, of Weed, was arrested September 21 at 1:01 AM on S. Main Street for possession/purchase for sale of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear. Bail totaled $30,000 with a September 24 court date.

DODSON, Angela Marie, 50, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 17 at 11:47 PM at her residence for making criminal threats with intent to terrorize and assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury. Bail was set at $25,000 with a September 19 court appearance. She was released September 19.

DUTRA, David Lowell, 40, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 17 at 9:11 PM at Yreka Junction Shopping Center for possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of failure to appear on written promise. Total bail was $7,000. He was released the same day.

FAILL, Elesia Kay, 42, of Dorris, was arrested by California Highway Patrol September 18 at 4:53 PM on Juniper Street for possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony bench warrant for failure to appear. She was released the same day with an October 29 court date.

FRANKLIN-DUKE, Dylan, 20, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 18 at 10:00 PM in the 800 block of S. Main Street for DUI alcohol, DUI with BAC 0.08%, driving under age 21 with BAC 0.05% or greater, and driving with suspended/revoked privileges. He was released September 19 with a November 25 court date.

GOMES, Tyeath Renee, 47, of Montague, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 19 at 1:04 PM at her residence for violating a domestic violence court order. Bail was set at $5,000 with a September 22 court appearance.

GRIFFITH, Courtney Elizabeth, 47, of Montague, was arrested September 12 on multiple warrants for failure to appear on written promises totaling $14,000 in bail. She was released September 19 with an October 14 court date.

HALL, Darrell Willis Jr., 41, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 15 at 12:04 PM at Speedway on charges including smuggling controlled substances into jail, possession of controlled substances, probation violation, and multiple bench warrants. He was released September 17.

HAMMONS, Joel Patrick, 45, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police September 18 at 1:16 AM on northbound Interstate 5 for multiple drug-related felonies including possession and possession for sale of controlled substances and narcotics, giving false identification to police, and several bench warrants for failure to appear. Multiple bail amounts were set totaling over $165,000.

JACKSON, Nicholas Ryan, 47, of Hornbrook, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 16 at 7:15 AM at his residence for cultivating 6 or more marijuana plants and possession of marijuana for sale. He was released the same day with an October 28 court date.

JERILA, Benjamin Dillon, 31, of Death Valley, was booked September 15 and 17 on multiple serious felony charges including rape by force/fear, sexual penetration with force/fear, unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child. Bail was set at $100,000 with a September 30 court appearance.

JONES, Haley Elaine, 28, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by California Highway Patrol September 20 at 10:39 PM at CR-A12 and 4th Street for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC 0.08%. She was released September 21.

KAZEN, Shawn James, 54, of Klamath River, was arrested September 17 on a warrant for failure to appear after written promise with $1,000 bail. He was released the same day.

KREIDER, Derek Lee, 24, of Yreka, was arrested September 15 on a warrant for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant/dating partner with $50,000 bail. He was released by court order the same day.

KWONG, Kin Wing, 44, of East Palo Alto, originally from China, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 19 at 7:30 AM on Pleasant Road for cultivating 6 or more marijuana plants and possession of marijuana for sale. He was released the same day with an October 28 court date.

LAFOLLETTE, Leo Jacob, 47, of Fort Jones, was booked September 22 on warrants for assault with a deadly weapon (not firearm) and battery on spouse/ex-spouse/dating partner. Bail was set at $25,000 with a September 24 court appearance.

LAPHAM, Deborah Shirleen, 71, of Montague, was arrested by the District Attorney’s office September 3 at 3:01 PM at Cove Mobile for contempt of court for violating a protective order. She was released September 17 with an October 28 court date.

LEE, Douglas Roy II, 44, of McCloud, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 16 at 7:36 PM in McCloud for possession of narcotic controlled substances, failure to appear, and a felony bench warrant. Bail totaled $21,000. He was released September 19.

LIU, Daisy Ying, 38, of Oroville, originally from China, was arrested September 19 on an outside warrant from Butte County with $2,000 bail. She was released the same day.

LONG-NICHOLS, Jerald Bradley, 39, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 17 at 3:31 PM on E. Center Street for possession of drug paraphernalia, identity theft, probation violation, and multiple warrants. He was released the same day.

LOWNES, Bradley Jameson, 39, of Etna, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 9 at 3:54 PM at Scott Valley Feed in Greenview for battery on spouse/ex-spouse/dating partner, violating a domestic violence court order, and probation violation. He was released September 17.

MARLOW, Lisa Marie, 38, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police September 20 at 1:53 AM at Inez and Main Streets on multiple warrants for bench warrant/failure to appear on felony charges and failure to appear after written promise. Total bail was $30,000 with a September 23 court date. She was released September 20.

MCCOMIC, David Lee, 39, of Carmichael, was arrested by California Highway Patrol September 21 at 3:01 AM in Yreka (NOT CASINO) for DUI alcohol, DUI with BAC 0.08%, obstructing public safety radio frequency, failure to appear, and a felony bench warrant. Bail totaled $60,000 with a September 24 court date.

MEDEIROS, Jay Christian, 52, of Weed, was arrested by Weed Police September 19 at 9:31 AM at Oregon Street and Sullivan Avenue on multiple probation violation warrants totaling $80,000 bail. He was released September 19 by court order.

MICHAEL, David, 51, of Burbank, Washington, was arrested by CHP Mt. Shasta September 16 at 12:25 AM on Highway 97 for DUI alcohol, DUI with BAC 0.08%, operating a vehicle without an interlock device while restricted, and unlawful driving without a license. He was released September 16 with a November 18 court date.

MITCHELL, Rita Havard, 55, of Hampshire, Texas, was arrested by Yreka Police September 16 at 11:28 AM at Rain Rock Casino for grand theft of money/labor/property. Bail was set at $15,000 with a September 18 court appearance. She was released September 16.

MORRISON, Selena Nicole, 40, of Grenada, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 15 at 10:48 AM at her residence for assault and battery. Bail was set at $5,000 with an October 28 court date. She was released the same day.

PAVAO, Stacy Chantel, 54, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 22 at 2:36 AM at Lucas Road and Greenhorn for DUI alcohol, DUI with BAC 0.08%, and driving with BAC 0.01% or more while on probation. She was released the same day with a November 25 court date.

PERREIRA, Nina Ann, 36, of Yreka, was arrested by CHP Mt. Shasta September 17 at 1:00 AM on Easy Street for DUI alcohol causing bodily injury, selling liquor to a minor, and DUI with BAC 0.08% causing bodily injury. Bail was set at $50,000 with a September 19 court appearance. She was released September 19.

PLUMB, Josephine Alice, 54, of Montague, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 18 at 12:35 PM for failure to appear after written promise with $1,000 bail. She was released the same day.

RABAGO, Jose Juan, 40, of Redding, was booked September 17 on a failure to appear on felony charges with a September 23 court date.

ROGERS, Dominic Douglas, 33, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 19 at 12:20 AM at Speedway in Yreka for driving under the influence as an addict, possession of controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released the same day with an October 28 court date.

RUBIO, Alexander Aguirre, 22, originally from Michoacan, Mexico, was arrested by California Highway Patrol September 17 at 10:55 PM at S. Main Street and Ranch Lane for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC 0.08%. He was released the same day with a November 18 court date.

SACCO, Gabriel Jamal, 38, of Selma, Oregon, was booked September 18 on a probation violation warrant with $25,000 bail and a September 22 court appearance.

SCHULTZ, Dakota, 33, of Escondido, was arrested September 16 at 9:05 AM on Interstate 5 in Weed for evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety, probation violation, and possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. He was released September 17.

SHANDA, Kesha Jean, 39, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 15 at 6:15 PM at the Relax Inn for obstructing/resisting a public/peace officer. She was released the same day with an October 28 court date.

SHANDA, Scott David, 38, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 15 at 5:26 PM at the Relax Inn for driving with suspended/revoked privileges and obstructing/resisting a public/peace officer. He was released the same day with an October 28 court date.

SHAW, Joseph Glenn, 42, of Keyes, was arrested by CHP Mt. Shasta September 18 at 2:13 AM on northbound Interstate 5 at the North Weed exit for DUI with prior specific convictions (felony), driving with suspended/revoked privileges for DUI, probation violation, and driving with BAC 0.01% while on probation. Bail was set at $50,000 with a September 22 court date. He was released September 18.

SREDANOVIC, Andrej, 51, of Mt. Shasta, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 18 at 1:09 PM at his residence for making criminal threats with intent to terrorize. Bail was set at $25,000 with a September 22 court appearance. He was released the same day.

TEDFORD, Douglas Glenn, 60, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 20 at 11:26 PM at Highway 263 and Long Gulch for disorderly conduct involving alcohol. He was released September 21.

TINER, Ronnie AC Jr., 48, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 21 at 1:07 AM at Patriot for disorderly conduct involving alcohol. He was released the same day.

USHER, Scott Harrison, 51, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by Weed Police September 18 at 1:16 AM at Interstate 5 and North Weed exit for possession of controlled substances, possession of controlled substances for sale, possession/purchase for sale of narcotics, possession of narcotic controlled substances, and DUI alcohol. Total bail was set at $125,000 with a September 22 court date. He was released September 20.

VEGA-ARREOLA, Misael, 42, of Eugene, Oregon, originally from Mazatlan, Mexico, was arrested by California Highway Patrol September 20 at 9:34 AM on northbound Interstate 5 south of North Yreka for DUI alcohol and DUI with BAC 0.08%. He was released the same day with a November 18 court date.

WALKER, Kimberly Louise, 55, of Yreka, was arrested by Yreka Police September 16 at 7:45 PM in the 100 block of Bruce Street for obstructing/resisting a public/peace officer, disorderly conduct involving intoxication with drugs and alcohol, and petty theft. She was released September 17 with an October 28 court date.

WORTMAN, Joshua Alton, 43, of Fall River Mills, was booked September 17 on warrants for evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety and obstructing/resisting a public/peace officer with a September 30 court appearance.

XIONG, Teng, 59, of Sacramento, originally from Laos, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 19 at 1:50 PM at Vistas for cultivating 6 or more marijuana plants, possession of marijuana for sale, and failure to appear after written promise. Bail totaled $10,000 with an October 4 court date. He was released the same day.

YOUNG, Alyssa, 31, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 19 at 12:20 AM at Speedway on a warrant for failure to appear after written promise. She was released the same day.

ZUNIGA, Catherine Lynn, 46, of Yreka, was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies September 17 at 9:15 AM at Jackson Street and S. Oregon for embezzlement by employee over $400. Bail was set at $20,000 with a November 5 court date. She was released the same day.
