Fire remains uncontained as 653 personnel battle 2,627-acre blaze in Klamath National Forest
SISKIYOU COUNTY, CA – The Blue Fire burning in the Klamath National Forest has grown to 2,627 acres with zero percent containment, prompting evacuation orders for multiple zones as firefighters work to protect structures in the Seiad Valley and Walker Creek areas.

Aren’t these recent wildfires in the Klamath drainage on ‘indigenous’ lands? I thought that ‘indigenous wisdom’ was supposed to prevent wildfires like these? Right? Isn’t that what they’ve been selling?
