NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REVIEW OF THE 2025-2026 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT PROPOSED BUDGET/FINAL BUDGET

Air Pollution Control District 2025-2026 Proposed Budget Summaries NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Siskiyou County Air Pollution Control District proposed budget information for fiscal year 2025-2026 is available to members of the general public. Copies of this information may be obtained at the Siskiyou County Air Pollution Control District, 525 So. Foothill Drive, Yreka, CA 96097. The Air Pollution Control District Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 1:30 PM, for the purpose of reviewing the proposed budget for fiscal year 2025-2026. This is an opportunity for members of the public and affected parties to comment on the proposed budget before the final approval which will occur at the meeting on September 9, 2025, at 1:30 PM.

These meetings will take place at the Old Courthouse, Siskiyou County Meeting Chambers, 311 Fourth St., 2nd Floor, Yreka, CA 96097. Any member of the public may be heard regarding any item in the recommended budget and/or for the inclusion of additional items. Interested parties may submit written comments to the Siskiyou County Air Pollution Control Board by mail at 525 So. Foothill Drive, Yreka, CA 96097; by fax to (530) 842-6690 or emailed to [email protected]. All responses must be submitted in writing to the Clerk of the Air Pollution Control District Board of Directors before the close of the public hearing.
