SCSO Joint press release by Siskiyou County District Attorney’s Office announcing that Dustin Ray Brown, 41, has been formally charged
Yreka, CA (July 30, 2025) – The Siskiyou County District Attorney’s Office announces that Dustin Ray Brown, age 41, has been formally charged with lewd and lascivious acts against children under the age of 16 and sexual battery.
Detectives are actively seeking the public’s assistance in identifying additional victims. Investigators are particularly interested in hearing from female adult victims aged 18 to 21 or children who may have been groomed for sexual contact.
It is believed that some victims may have come into contact with Dustin Brown through their involvement in Future Farmers of America (FFA), participation in livestock sales at the Siskiyou County Fair, or through employment under Brown.
The identities of all victims will be protected to the fullest extent permitted by law. Anyone with information related to this case or is aware of any harassment of any victims is urged to contact:
