INVITATION TO BID: Etna Water Systems Improvements Projects

General work description: The project consists of improvements to an existing surface water treatment plant including the addition of (2) – 400 gpm absorption clarifier (AC) filter units, new 40’x 50’ steel moment framed filter building, new emergency generator, new filter backwash pumping system, site grading, conversion of Reservoir No. 1 to backwash ponds, new electrical and controls systems, and other ancillary civil and mechanical improvements.

Plans and specifications are available from Timberworks, at the Shasta Builders Exchange, City of Etna City Hall or the office of E & S Engineering in Yreka.

Interested bidders must submit their bids to us no later than 11:00 AM on bid day to allow time to properly evaluate and integrate all bids received. Please submit your bid to us by fax or email.
We encourage all DBE bidders to send bids.
