A total scam.
My family lived on Copco Lake for many years. Our boat dock would raise and lower depending on when they were releasing water for the salmon. We at the lake were caring for all fish. The condition of the salmon when they reached the hatchery was awful. Going further would not have happened. Gil netting was and is the distraction of of the salmon. Oh and the algae? Me, my children and pets well swam the in the lake and were still alive. They have actually killed the river now.
It’s really funny to think that salmon won’t be able to survive in their historic pre-dam range.
