ARMSTRONG-HORR, Matthew W., 46, Yreka, arrested by YPD at S Foothill Dr on multiple failure to appear warrants. Released same day (May 4) with bail totaling $60,000 and court date of June 4, 2025.

AUBREY, Keith W., 50, Happy Camp, arrested by DA on Highway 15 for possessing fireworks without permit, manufacturing/possessing metal knuckles, felon in possession of a firearm, DUI, and possession of controlled substance. Released same day (April 29) with court date of May 1, 2025.

BEDZYK, Daniel C., 23, Weed, arrested by SCSO at the jail lobby for DUI with blood alcohol over 0.08%. Released same day (May 3).

BELL, John P. Jr., 28, Weed, arrested by WPD in Weed for disorderly conduct (alcohol). Released next day (April 29).

BUDROE, Michael J., 60, Red Bluff, arrested by WPD at E Vista for inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant, assault with a deadly weapon, and battery with serious bodily injury. Released same day (April 28) with bail of $50,000 and court date of April 30, 2025.

HERNANDEZ-MALDONADO, Ramiro, 28, Yreka, arrested by YPD in Yreka for being under the influence of controlled substance, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, bringing drugs to jail, possessing controlled substance, and failure to appear. PFANNENSTIEL, Steven D., 39, Cecilville, arrested by SCSO in Cecilville for felon possessing firearm and contempt of court. Released same day (May 2) with bail of $20,000 and court date of May 5, 2025.

PUTNAM, Vicki J., 50, Yreka, arrested by YPD on Lower Greenhorn Rd on multiple warrants for failure to appear. Released same day (May 1) with court date of June 3, 2025.

RODRIGUEZ, Alonso C., 28, Montague, arrested multiple times: by YPD on Oberlin (April 30), by CHPY at Oberlin at Delfic (May 1), and by SCSO on Hammond Rd (May 4) for controlled substance violations and disorderly conduct. Released after each arrest.
